Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Das Personal am Empfang war ebenfalls nett und auch der Poolbereich war hübsch.

Cons:

Leider verspricht das Hotel auf Booking einen « privaten Strand », das entspricht NICHT der Wahrheit. Es gibt keinen privaten Strand nur einen öffentlichen Strand gleich beim Hotel der so verschmutzt war dass wir uns dort nicht hinlegen wollten (siehen Bilder). Als wir das Hotel darauf hingewiesen haben, meinten sie, dass wäre die Schule von Booking und nicht in ihrer Macht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider um 9:00 Uhr auch schon fast leer.
Der Standort des Hotels war für uns horror, es lag zwischen Hotelruinen und an der Strasse waren die Restaurants auf russisch angeschrieben. Keine Kultur Vietnams, alles auf Touristen aus dem Osten ausgelegt, russische Musik und Spezialitäten überall.
Wir würden leider dringend davon abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen, wir sind 3 Nächte früher wieder abgereist.

Beliggenhed. Hotellet er tæt på byen, mange restauranter og kiosker i området. Poolen i haven er rigtig god. Maden fra restauranten og morgenmad er godkendt. Hotellet er rimelig nyt.

Cons:

Stranden er god, men på vejen derned er der meget affald. Men det er en generel problem på øen.
De fleste gæster er russere, indere og kinesere.
Personalet kan begrænset engelsk, og er meget lidt imødekommende.

Friendly staff, clean room and overall ok hotel.

Cons:

In general Phu Quoc island is far from being a "paradise". The streets are very dirty and I have not seen anywhere before such disgusting beaches full of trash everywhere.

The hotel had a very uncoventional shower. No cover, after taking a shower the bathroom was flodded.

The hotel room had no sound isolation. You can hear the music of near bars and clubs all night long.

The location is perfectly positioned, just 20 minutes from the airport and a quick 25-minute walk to the night market, offering the ideal balance of accessibility and tranquility. The surrounding neighborhood has a good selection of shops and restaurants, while the quieter location away from the main tourist areas provides a more relaxed atmosphere.

The beach front is not particularly fit for swimming due to the sewage pipes, but it can be solved with a grab ride to either Khem beach or Grand World
