Pros:

All in all a very nice hotel with big and modern rooms.

Cons:

The shower is not very well concipated with it being in a bathtub without a shower partition and quite some space between the showerhead and the bathtub. So every time you shower, you flood the bathroom.
The employees also didn't speak English very well.

Never stay in this hotel!
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

Staffs: Staffs were not helpful at all. Most of them didn’t speak english.
Room facilities: We stayed at the family suite. The facilities were very bad and dated. Our room had no usb chargers for the phones. Unlike how they advertised, there was no refrigerator in the room, only a cooler that doesn’t work. The bed was very hard. Also our bedroom lock was broken.
Beach access: Unlike how it was advertised, the hotel did not have a beach access. We had to walk through the ruins to get to a beach that was not private, and was asked to pay money to rent the Sun bed that looks like someone picked them up from a pile of garbage.
Overall, this was the worst hotel we stayed paying over 300 US dollars a night. Never going back and never recommending this place at all.

A very comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location, spacious, modern, clean room. Great ocean view. The breakfast was lovely and the pool was really nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Cons:

Loved the breakfast! Just a quick tip: adding some multi-language signs about using the tongs would be a great way to keep the buffet extra clean for everyone. It’s already a very hygienic setup, and this small touch would make it even better for international guests.
