Great little option for a couple of nights stay in Colaba
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with taxis and giving directions in Hindi! The location was great, as it was close to all the art galleries we planned to visit. The bedroom was very nicely decorated, the bed linens were fresh and new. And there was enough space to move around.

Cons:

Didn't love that the shower was just "the bathroom" which meant everything was always dripping wet! And we couldn't leave anything in there. The a/c remote was simple (which is good) but it meant we couldn't change the angle of the vents and so it was too uncomfortable to have it on. Luckily we had a fan too and it wasn't too hot.

Excellent stay
Pros:

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Ozone Inn, perfectly situated in a prime location. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The receptionist was remarkably welcoming, attentive, and accommodating—graciously arranging a spacious room with a large bed to meet my needs, despite my initial booking for a twin-bed room. I sincerely appreciate her outstanding service. The view from Room 901 was breathtaking, offering a stunning sea vista that elevated the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. Wishing the team continued success!

Terrible experience
Cons:

a very bad experience. we arrived at 3pm and the rooms were still not ready, we had to wait 30 minutes. the room was tiny, the water in the toilet was not working properly, it kept cutting off. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS, even if you specifically ask them to. there were insects in the room despite being on the eighth floor

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location is accessible to Gateway etc which is very facilitating. Rooms are neat and clean. Dental kit, soap, body wash, shampoo are provided. Staff are cooperative

Cons:

Rooms are too small. The room service has obliged the special requests but still food can be better.

Will unfortunately not recommend this hotel and they should definitely upgrade their standards

We had requested for a double bed and were given a twin bed due to "non availability" even after pre booking
The staff was not at all helpful
The hotel looks very different in pictures on booking.com vs in person
Very small rooms, very very small bed size, no extra pillows, no toiletries were provided. The shower in the bathroom was broken, extremely small sized wash basin, over all such a terrible experience for someone who has travelled all day
