Impeccabile!!
Pros:

Appartamento super moderno, stanze belle grandi, bagno ordinato e puliti, sensazione di stare proprio in casa tua, ho amato la casa in generale…tantissimo comfort che hanno reso il mio soggiorno stupendo. Ci tornerò molto volentieri.

Pros:

The location is great, with public transport you can reach the centre in minutes. The design is modern, an the space is precious.

Cons:

The heating wasn’t working properly, in the bedroom it was pretty cold. Also the sofa bed was a joke, very uncomfortable and not safe looking.

Great vacation in Firenze
Pros:

Very clean apartment with 2 individual bedrooms and bathrooms and has all required consumables and equipment. Comfortable double beds. Nice smelling towels. Our windows open to an inside garden which grants exceptional silence. One most important thing is the underground parking nearby as street parking is always a fight and you don't really see any undamaged car with Italian license plate.

Cons:

Heating wasn't working in one bathroom. No airflow in both WC. Whatsapp chatbot is simply dumb.

NUMA? Nie wieder!!!
Pros:

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und moderne Bäder.

Cons:

Schon der Check-in war chaotisch, da wir vier Personen an vier verschiedenen Orten waren und alle Ausweisdaten über eine Online-Plattform übermitteln mussten. Auf Nachfrage, ob ein Check-in vor Ort möglich sei, hieß es, erst ja, dann später es müsse doch online passieren. Später kam die Mitteilung, wir seien immer noch nicht eingecheckt.



Das zweite Schlafzimmer war offen zum Wohnzimmer, ohne Privatsphäre.

Das stand nirgends in der Beschreibung.

Zudem war die Garderobe im Schlafzimmer so platziert, dass der Fernseher von Kleidung verdeckt wurde, und alle Bügel fielen ständig herunter.

Das Haus und alle Räume war zudem komplett mit Steckdosen -Duftlampen voll, uneeträglicher Duftcocktail zum Kopfschmerzen kriegen.

Aber jetzt gehts erst los:

Trotz der vier gebuchten Personen gab es nur zwei Bett-Decken.

Das Schlafsofa das sowohl in Booking als auch auf der Numaseite “Doppelschlafsofa” war fest eingeplant, aber es war keines, sodass eine Person auf einer Luftmatratze ohne Decke schlafen musste.

Unsere Beschwerde bei Numa blieb am Abend auch nach der Dritten Ansprechperson wirkungslos. Wir knoteten 2 Bettlaken zu einer Decke zusammen.

Erst am nächsten Tag bekamen wir für zwei weitere Nächte eine separate Einzimmerwohnung, damit nicht mehr auf der Luftmatratze geschlafen werden musste.

Nun der Oberknaller: in der zweiten Nacht um 23:30 Uhr standen plötzlich wildfremde Leute in der Wohnung, die sie angeblich auch gebucht haben wollten, wir sollen auf der Stelle das Zimmer verlassen!

stellt euch mal vor plötzlich stehen Leute mit einem eigenen Code mitten in eurem Schlafzimmer!

Mich aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen, mein Sohn in Panik.

Die Kommunikation mit Nuna? War komplett chaotisch, wir hatten sieben , ja wirklich 7, verschiedene Kontaktpersonen über WhatsApp, keiner wusste, was die anderen sagten.
