It was comfortable, quiet, roomy, clean, and safe.
Pros:

Very nice space that was a little off the beaten path but it was easy to get to the center of town. It was very clean and spacious. Really all we did was sleep there. We didn't eat or cook. Nice bathroom areas. Big shower in the primary. Comfy beds. It was a great space that we were very happy in for three nights.

Cons:

There was a bit of a funky smell in the hallways by the stairs. Otherwise no complaints.

Amazing and highly recommend it to anyone who come to Florence.
Pros:

Everything!! The place was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, close to a lot of the main attractions, communication with instructions about how to enter were clear and easy to follow. Also great amenities, like coffee, water, teas. A big plus for us was the laundry room with everything included!
