This was a terrible place, unfortunately.
Cons:

The floor in the room was grimey, the bedsheets were dirty and stained.
There was no housekeeping. We had to request room cleaning multiple times, and when it was finally done, we weren’t even given a new set of towels.
When we had accidentally locked ourselves out of the room with the keys inside, the hotel staff didn't believe us. They insisted we must have lost the keys, and looked through CCTV to confirm their suspicions only to find out that we were right and the door was broken. After two hours, they had a locksmith come to break open the door and gave us another room.
The hotel's noise levels were another major drawback. Throughout the night, loud conversations in the corridors and persistent doorbell ringing at at all hours disrupted any chance of a peaceful sleep.
On booking.com, it says that the hotel offers free airport shuttles. When we inquired, they said it would cost 2000 rupees, roughly double of what is standard cab fare.
I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Pros:

I have taken a family room that has 2 nos queen size beds.the room is very spacious and is very neat and clean .lost of options for food both pure veg .staff behaviour is courteous and food is very testy .I recommend this hotel for everyone.less than a waking distance from 80 ghat varanasi

Pros:

The Jais Boutique stay is situated Near Assi Ghat, The property is set 2 km from Kashi Viswanath temple,1 km from Sankat Mochan temple and 5 km From Varanasi railway station.
Tasty food, Nice ambience, friendly Staff....
