Pros:

Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Superschöne Aussicht vom Sitzplatz und Garten. Ruhige Lage und doch gut gelegen um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Mehrere Restaurants sind in naheliegenden Ortschaften zu finden. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber, Mario ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Chef im Hause ist jedoch der Kater Mirto. :-) Das Frühstück ist lecker mit lokalen Produkten, es könnte jedoch abwechslungsreicher sein.

Beautiful place, close drive to amazing beaches, super friendly owners (and cats).
Pros:

The owners are super friendly, the breakfast is good and very homemade (if you like hotel-style breakfast, don't expect it here), the rooms are big and have air conditioning, and the house premises are really well cared for.

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and there are cats on the property that will interact with you. To me, this is a big plus.

Big room, big bathroom, with all the necessary amenities.

Cons:

The bed mattress was too soft for me. This is a personal taste, so it might not be an issue for other people. The Wifi is a bit shaky at times, but nothing serious. Overall is an amazing property.

Pros:

I loved the surroundings. My family was looking for a quiet place, where we can sleep and relax.
I liked the hosts, they were kind and friendly.
Daily cleaning and making the bed was spotless.
I definitely shall mention the cats. All of them are cute and fond of guests, well-behaved (not entering the rooms, etc)

Cons:

Breakfast could be more varied.
Clothes storage was sufficient in our room, but in my teenagers' room (only hanging possibility, no drawers.)
A bin in the rooms may come useful for later guests, we found the bathroom bin too small.

Nice owner , very chatty and nice person. Nice garden.

Cons:

Location wise not the best and poor breakfast choice. Overall , the asking price didn't match the value provided (compared with two other stays in Sardinia)
