I wish I never booked it. I wish I had taken pic of the room.
Pros:

Nothing. I just don't know who is giving reviews. They are not true

Cons:

The picture they show in the website is nothing like the room we had.
When we booked it looks nice.
They should not have been allowed to deceived like that.
The beds were not made. I asked for new sheets which we had to put our self.
The walls were filthy and mosquitoes and cockroach on the floor.

Didn't get breakfast at the time of 7 then they said 8. We said we cannot stay any longer need to go places.
Why lie about the true time.
We asked the money so we eat somewhere else. He gave us 200 rupees.

They had no Wi-Fi. So disappointed.

Dirty! Paid for breakfast but not even breakfast room in this hotel!

I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews and the photos on Booking.

When we arrived, we discovered that nothing was as described. The room was given to us right after a couple walked out of it in front of us, without any cleaning and with the same sheets still on the bed (which were visibly dirty). We insisted on having clean sheets: they gave us a mattress cover but no sheet and no pillowcases. And even the “new” mattress cover was actually full of hair.

The bathroom was dirty with urine stains, to the point that I had to buy a sponge and some cleaning detergent and clean it myself.

The door has no key. You can lock it from the inside, but when you go out it stays open, with your luggage inside.

The cherry on top? I selected the option with breakfast on Booking, paying €13 instead of €9. Unfortunately, there isn’t even a breakfast room in this hotel — and therefore no breakfast at all.

The receptionist (who doesn’t speak English, so we communicated through an online translator) simply said: “You can have breakfast outside.”
