It was a lovely location and a lovely place. I will say it is like a beautiful young woman who has aged. You can see the beauty, but she could do with a little touch-up. The breakfast was great and the balcony wonderful. I loved the location high up that gave a great view. The staff was really nice. The room was comfortable.
I had no problem with it but you are bound to a shuttle which may not be to some ppl's liking. The bad thing about that is that it stops from about 12 to 3. It does start early and ends late. The shuttle is about a 5 to 10 minute walk with luggage from the train station. Once you get the hang of it, you can work with its schedule.

View from my room was excellent: You can see Naples in the distance, mount Vesuvius and other towns spreaded along the coastline. Breakfast included great variety of choices. I liked it. Shuttle service was fantastic!
Stunning view. Loved the shuttle service - used it every day. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant - we ate there most nights of our stay. Breakfast had good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Appreciated having the use of a laundry. Would definitely stay again!
Tudo ótimo, incluindo o restaurante mas o que é excepcional é a vista do mar, do Vesúvio e toda cidade de Sorrento e Nápoles no horizonte. Recomendamos muito como base para demais passeios na Costa amalfitana e Capri.

I honestly loved everything about this hotel but the highlight was definitely the food, not only the breakfast was very good but the food in general was delicious!

Stunning location, fabulous food , nice rooms, friendly staff. Memorable. View could not have been better.
We took one excursion to Herculaneum which was expensive and rushed

It is located on hill which it’s not easily accesible by foot, but the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. They also offer free parking which was very easy to use. The room was spacious, great shower power and temperature, comfy bed and amazing views. The breakfast was also very good, and we loved the fresh press juice.
The property was perfect and this was not their fault but we did notice that the driver of the night shuttle was constantly on his phone, sending messages or even scrolling through social media, which leaves you with an uneasy feeling considering how winding the roads are

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious and dinner at the restaurant on property was good too. Views from the balcony were beautiful.
The beds were a little hard to sleep on. I knew we were further out from the city square but being so far out was a little complicated sometimes.
