Perfect stay for a family with breathtaking views
Pros:

Breathtaking views, great hospitality, awesome breakfast while looking at Mount Vesuvius. Dinner option available right at the hotel, delicious and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful with transfers and train information.

Amazing family hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Clean and bright room, with lots of space. Staff were so helpful and the restaurant was very good. The shuttle bus is very handy and a life saver as the hotel is located a little way out of the city. We did not find the location to be an issue though because of the bus.

Loved the people Dino Gianni the waitress Marietta everybody was so nice & accommodating
Pros:

Didn’t like the location of the bus drop offs & pick ups very dark & dangerous

Cons:

When we booked the hotel stated it was much closer to town & sounded like they had their own private shuttle instead of the big bus & schedule we didn’t like that at all especially since we always stayed in town & the drivers just dropped you off in the dark across from hotel in the gully very dangerous

La vue, l’accueil, le confort de la chambre, le dîner et petit déjeuner copieux et petit plus piscine et jacuzzi 😂appréciable en fin de journée ! Et j’oublie la navette gratuite pour Sorrente !

מיקום המלון הוא טוב לא במרכז אבל יש שאטל חינם שלוקח עד המרכז 10 דק נסיעה. מיקום פסטורלי . הצוות מקסים הם משפחה ומאוד אדיבים ועוזרים, המזוודה נקרעה לי ואחד מהבעלים סידר לי. הארוחות הנוספות במסעדה לא יקרות . ארוחת בוקר בסיסית אירופאית. כמובן זה לא ישראל . נוף מהמם. מאוד לבביים .

Pros:

L'hotel offre una ricca e varia colazione, dal dolce al salato che è possibile consumare sulla terrazza che da direttamente sul mare. Il panorama è un vero e proprio spettacolo della natura, l'azzurro del cielo che si fonde con il blu del mare.
Le camere sono spaziose e pulite .

한국어로 적겠습니다. 저녁 노을 바다 뷰는 환상이었습니다. 저 멀리 보이는 카프리섬과 하늘에 떠있는 별들 분위기 너무 좋았습니다. 바다뷰 객실에는 테라스가 있으며, 테이블 1개 의자2개가 있습니다. 냉장고가 있으며 에어컨, 텔레비전, 와이파이 모두 있고 잘 동작합니다. 호텔은 깔끔했으며 스태프들의 손길이 곳곳에 담겨 있었습니다. 소렌토 중심가와는 조금 거리가 있으며, 셔틀 버스를 운행하고 있지만 저는 렌터카를 이용해서 사용하지 않았습니다. 버스 주기도 짧아 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 짧은 영어 실력이지만 리셉션에서 차분하게 대응해주셨으며 원하는 것 모두 전달하고 받을 수 있었습니다. 팁으로 유로를 뒀지만 가져가지 않았습니다. 너무 신뢰가는 호텔입니다. 마지막 날 팁은 그대로 뒀습니다. 모든 스태프들에게 감사하며, 소렌토에 아니 이탈리아에 또 방문한다면 이 호텔을 반드시 다시 이용할 것입니다. 번역이 잘 되어 제 마음이 잘 전달되었으면 좋겠습니다. 감사합니다.

Dino made a special trip to town for us so we wouldn’t miss our ferry!! He’s the best!!
Pros:

Location was beautiful, breakfast was unbelievable! AND there’s a free shuttle back and forth from the hotel to town center, and back again!

Cons:

The beds were too firm.
