Schöne Aussicht - aber eher unfreundliche Atmosphäre

Cons:

Teilweise etwas unfreundliches und unmotiviertes Personal, das vorwiegend mit sich selber beschäftigt ist. Passt nicht ganz zum Anspruch. Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich ohne Auswahlmöglichkeit. Als ich das angesprochen habe, kam als Antwort "Haben wir immer schon so gemacht".

Hotel nije kao što je bio
Pros:

Lokacija je zaista odlična i izuzetno praktična. Posebno bih istakao ljubaznost osoblja – devojci je bio rođendan i prijatno su nas iznenadili poklonivši dva kolača sa svećicama, što je bio veoma lep gest. Peškiri su redovno menjani, a pogled iz smeštaja je prelep i dodatno doprinosi celokupnom utisku.

Cons:

Doručak je bio vrlo ograničen i svakog jutra identičan, bez ikakvih varijacija. Uglavnom se sastojao od jedne viršle, dva jaja i nekoliko namaza. Jednog jutra kačkavalj nije bio ispravan, što je bilo posebno neprijatno iskustvo.

Hotel je vidno star i zahteva renoviranje. Zavese su bile ofucane i pocepane, tuš nije radio pravilno, a WC šolja je bila oštećena. U početku smo bili smešteni u dvokrevetnoj sobi koja je bila izuzetno mala, bez adekvatnog prostora za odlaganje kofera, a ormar je bio nestabilan i ispadao je. Zbog toga smo morali dodatno da doplatimo kako bismo prešli u trokrevetnu sobu, jer je boravak u prvobitnoj sobi bio veoma neudoban. Takođe, čišćenje nije bilo na zadovoljavajućem nivou, jer dlake nisu bile uklanjane.

Hotel nema obezbeđen sopstveni parking, već su nas uputili na privatni parking koji smo dodatno plaćali 40 KM po danu. Na računu je navedeno da parking ne snosi odgovornost za eventualna oštećenja ili krađu iz vozila, što je stvaralo dodatni osećaj nesigurnosti.

Preljubazno osoblje, svaka cast curama 😊

Pa cistoca sobe nije bilo na vrhuncu, dalo bi se poraditi dosta na tome, sreca nismo previse boravili u sobi.
