Fint centralt hotel.
Pros:

Placering, tagterrasse, pris.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var ikke god, den var kedelig og uden det store udvalg.
Elevatoren kører kun til nederste hotel-etage. Det står på informationen, men bør stå mere tydeligt. Man skal altså selv gå op på de øvre etager.

Good view and bad experience, depend on person to person but ours was not so good experience

View is fantastic. I would say best in the city.
Breakfast was ok but not many options.
Rooms were big.

Cons:

1. None of the lights were working except bathroom light. We asked staff to solve this, they didn’t care at all and gave us a small lamp instead. We had to spend 2 nights in dark.
2. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and rude to me. She was not answering anything properly ( felt racist , I am not sure).
3. Breakfast didn’t have any vegetarian option, be careful and don’t opt for bf if you are vegan or vegetarian.
4. Bathrooms does not have any curtains or blinds, bathroom windows is so big, I felt like people can watch you from inside if you are in bathroom even though the staff said there is mesh on the other side, I tested myself and people can clearly see if someone is doing stuff inside.
5. Hotel does not have parking and since the hotel is in the city centre there are no parking near by, had to park my park approx 700meters.

Had 3 seperate rooms. The AC didn't work in any of the rooms. There was poop left in one of the toilets. The beds had nice pillows but it was two small beds put together, so you were falling down in the hole between the beds all the time. So it was very hard to sleep because of that and that the room was hot like a sauna. Very expensive for a very poor standard. Utilities in the bathroom where broken and the toiletseat was also broken.
The lift only took you to the reception. To get to your room yiu hade to walk 3 stories in the stairs.

Hotel mit Top Aussicht
Pros:

Top Aussicht - da fallen etwaige kleine Mängel gar nicht auf, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites ( Taxi bestellen) Personal, gute Lage - direkt an der „Ewigen Flamme“. Nette Bar mit 360 Grad Rundumbalkon und Outdoor Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Man muss nur wissen, dass die Rezeption im 9. Stockwerk zu finden ist, wird aber durch den Portier am Eingang des Hauses diesbzgl. informiert.
24 h Service, dh problemloses Auschecken rund um die Uhr.

Cons:

Ab dem 9. Stockwerk - also im Hotel selbst (zumindest noch 3 Stockwerke) gibt es keinen Aufzug , Hilfe beim Koffer Tragen wurde aber angeboten.
Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bett und Badezimmer waren aber wunderbar.
Zufahrt zum Hotel mit eigenem Auto schwierig, da keine unmittelbare Parkmöglichkeit.

Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Abgenützte bzw. gerissene Vorhänge. Es wirkt einfach ungepflegt.

Do not book this hotel!
Pros:

We booked this hotel 6 months in advance of our trip. We arrived into Sarajevo to a message from the property only 3 hours before our arrival that our hotel was no longer available and they would be giving us a different, comparable accommodation. We arrived at that accommodation to find a 2x2 room, a rusted out air conditioner, and no balcony, at the same price—which is not at all what we paid for. When we confronted the property, they essentially said, this is what we have available and offered no discount. We booked a different hotel. Thankfully, booking refunded us.
