The staff were very friendly and accommodating, there was a no smoking policy, no noise in the area despite being in a busy market area, clean spaces, etc.
Well there's this policy about not sitting with your legs on the sofa. So one has to sit leg down at all times which for me was a problem as i am used to folding at least one leg onto the sofa. There was no explanation for this. It seemed rude but it took another guest to offer an explanation - that it is something about the culture of people in that area who find the posture disrespectful. At least that offered closure and i felt better and more compliant.

Wifi very poor connection on some floors. To get a good connection one needs to be in a room that is near the modem wifi box
