The view is incredibile. The hotel itself is cute and the rooms are cozy.
Although the room was cozy, we had mold in the kitchen and living-room which was open-space. Also, we received a recomandation from an hotel employ to Mirza Pasha Beach which was a cute place but not for tourists. Nobody was speaking english so because we couldn't comunicate, we ended up paying 100€ for almost nothing.
The hotel is situated in a quiet place, very close to the sea. Wonderful view, two swimming pools-for children and adults, helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was a nice surprise for us- a great variety of white and yellow cheese, fresh fruit juice and a lot of fruits and vegetables -all with excellent quality. You can enjoy your meal outside, observing the blue sea.
Next to the hotel there were stairs covered with litter. The unpleasant view deteriorates the good impression which the hotel makes.
The children's pool needs regular cleaning.

The room doors did not lock and the heater onin one of the rooms was not working and the flush was leaking in the other. Breakfast options were very limited
We spend one night in November, it was great price, parking place, and very friendly helpful personal. It seems we were the only clients and they made breakfast for us

It was not clean enough, the toilet lid was constantly falling down on your back when you sit down. The price is too high for the things offered

The wind around the room was very noisy at nights.
Obviously, it was a Turkish breakfast but without Turkish coffee!!!! There was no coffee at all, when we asked, they showed us some sachets to make ourselves, but the problem was that there was no hot water!!!
Clearly a hotel for Turks only! None of the staff speaks basic English, so it is impossible to communicate. The reservation was for 2 families with 4 members each, but when we arrived late in the afternoon we found only a double bed in each room and a couch that they made at that moment! In the 3 days we stayed, they did not come in to clean and empty the trash, despite the fact that we asked for it with the help of google translate and they seemed to agree! The toilet lid couldn't stay up and hit the back and hot water at night was non-existent. Finally, it could not be blacked out because half the curtain of the room was folded inside the wardrobe!
The room is big enough, beds are comfortable. Green space, the pool. The view on the sea, mountains is marvellous.

The hotel needs more careful maintenance and cleaning. The shower cabin was not sealed and the water was leaking outside. The toilet lid was falling and this way was touching your back when seated. The cleaning was not detailed enough, there were dirt marks over the sink and on the toilet's side.
The breakfast was good but needs some more cold cuts for no Muslim people. Other than that it was very good.
The elevator is a big issue....this is not humans' elevator but carriage elevator and it should not be used from the staff and guests cause it doesn't meet safety requirements. Moving parts are accessible to people and this is very dangerous!!!! For this reason I asked for a ground floor room....
Friendly staff, always helpful and willing to fulfill our requests; it’s located up on a hill with a nice view, maybe 5 min walk to the seaside although to get to a nice beach you have to drive 5 min
garbage not picked up daily, I guess you have to ask to get your room done
