When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for one dog or GBP 40 for a maximum of two dogs per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.
The breakfast-inclusive rates include a full cooked breakfast, and the dinner-inclusive rates include two courses from our seasonal à la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates, and the charges are as follows, directly to the hotel:
0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast
5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. The kids' dinner menu is also available.
A children's extra bed is available upon request for an additional charge of GBP 30 per night.
If you require an extra bed or a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival.

Staff weren't very helpful with parking which is very limited at hotel! I also advised the hotel when booking that we were getting married and i thought it would of been nice for this to of been acknowledged but maybe they dont take the care to know their guests even a congrats would of been nice but there was nothing!
Sehr schönes Hotel an gute Lage. Die Suite mit riesigem Bett, den zwei Badewannen und der grossen Dusche war ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise!
Die Bedienung im Restaurant und an der Bar könnte besser sein. Es ist etwas schade, wenn in einem Weinhotel das Personal keine Ahnung von Wein und dem Angebot in der Weinkarte hat.
