Leuk pub hotelletje, interieur was leuk, locatie was schattig.
Breakfast had a good variety of food. Would cater for all tastes
Dinner was okay, not great
Breakfast
Location on Booking.com it says Chipping Camden but we were VERY disappointed to find out it was not all in Chipping Camden
Good value. Well run, comfortable, unfussy hotel. Everything worked. Helpful staff.
Small bedroom perfectly formed, ideal location , perfect for our visit to our daughters and grandkids on a nearby caravan site . Breakfast next morning was probably one of the best we've ever had , very smart Breakfast room as well , and of course the home of the famous pudding club ,
Nothing negative whatsoever
Lovely place to stay. Quaint village. Friendly staff. Perfect for a small get away.
The sink was damaged in our bedroom. It had a lot of cracks in it and dirt and bacteria had built up in the cracks.
Breakfast buffet had a great choice. The bacon was perfect, not like cardboard!
Having a warm bathroom, usually those hotel spaces are cold & not inducive to pleasurable showering
Great coffee machine, tastier than the breakfast room coffee
A few too many stairs, but with assistance with baggage, easier to manage.
Fantastic breakfast
Nothing
The rooms are extremely small and need upgrading. There isn’t anything to do in the village at all. Breakfast seems to be quite unorganised.
All
All
Staff, service and food were all excellent.
Nothing
Room and hotel were clean and comfortable, staff helpful and polite. Hotel decor in public areas and in my room was very dated and tired (1980's). Certainly not what I was expecting for a hotel at this price point. Breakfast was fine, but again nothing special for a hotel at this price point. Hotel was a convenient location for the purpose of my stay (attending a family funeral).
Decor definitely needs a refresh. Only a thin quilt on the bed, no additional throw or blanket available and I did get cold during the night.
