Pros:

Posizione abbastanza centrale, a pochi passi dalla Cité du Vin e dalla fermata del tram. Comodissimo il garage, anche se non funziona benissimo, a un prezzo ragionevole considerando quanto costa parcheggiare in strada nelle vicinanze. Camera spaziosa, tutto qui. Il ragazzo del ricevimento è stato estremamente gentile e premuroso, ci ha aiutato e accolto in maniera eccelsa, andrebbe preso da esempio in fatto di accoglienza da altri.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati alle 14:30, in una giornata di pioggia, e al "check in", senza neanche alzarsi dalla sedia Stephanie ci ha detto di tornare alle 15:00, orario di check in. Ora, lungi da me contestare le regole di una struttura, ma faccio questo stesso identico lavoro ed è praticamente impossibile che una camera non sia pronta a quell'ora. Non siamo venuti alle 08:00 di mattina pretendendo la camera, nemmeno alle 12:00, ma alle 14:30 passate dire a qualcuno di tornare alle 15 è un capriccio, null'altro. Non ci è stato detto se volevamo magari usare il bagno o prendere un caffè, o attendere al caldo al ricevimento magari, in quei 20' rimanenti? Nulla. Abbiamo preso pioggia, cercato un bar e siamo tornati alle 15:02, ora si che dare la chiave va bene. Tra l'altro, dopo aver parcheggiato torniamo al ricevimento dove il ragazzo splendido ci rifà il check in e stava per darci la chiave e la collega lo ferma per dirgli sottovoce "gli ho già detto che devono aspettare le 15:00". Mi spiace, ma parlo francese e sono del mestiere e questi episodi sono veramente ridicoli. Altri contro: nespresso in camera non funzionante, acqua tiepida, presa accanto al letto non funzionante, niente chromecast e poca scelta di canali alla tv, bagno wc con porta che sfiora il water, praticamente per entrarci devi essere magrissimo.
