Es un excelente hotel, muy cómodo,limpio y con todo lo que necesitas. El personal muy amable.
La ubicación está bastante bien, cerca de la ciudad del vino. Pasa el tranvía cerca por lo que es fácil llegar al centro.

Hotel was clean and on a tram line and in nice area
The hotel took a deposit of 100 for one night and 50 for each night after , which is a lot. On terms and condition it says it takes a deposit but typically this is 100 for stay not per night. We have stayed in hotels for two weeks and deposit ranges from 50 - 100 for stay but this was 200 for three nights which is substantial. You don't get this back for a few days depending on bank. So that's very disappointing.
L’accueil ,la déco ,le parking intérieur,la literie,la grande baignoire,le petit déjeuner,tout est parfait…
La chambre était grande ainsi que la salle de bain.
Malgré le confort, le lit était très grand.
La machine à café Nespresso donne un petit plus.
Le personnel est sympathique, à l'écoute et serviable.
La salle de bain n'était pas très propre. Des joints sales, un pommeau de douche entartré, sale et rouillé. Une tâche sur la table de chevet.
Des oreillers inconfortables
Le petit déjeuner est classique, rien d'exceptionnel.
La télé ne possède aucune possibilité de se connecter à Netflix ou à d'autres services de streaming. Seules les chaînes de la TNT sont accessibles.
Tendance, tres confortable, aimable, bien localisé car les TEC de Bordeaux sont remarquables
La ubicación es muy buena, pues está a un paso de la parada de tranvía que en 4 paradas te deja en el centro. Habitación de unas buenas dimensiones.
Me gustó todo. No desayuné en el hotel por lo que no puedo opinar.
