The location was amazing at the feet of the big dunes. From that aspect, it’s really hard to find a better location. Rooms were really large and plenty of bedding for 4 people per room. We were just a couple so it was plenty spacious. They really tried to give it a unique design with lots of local art. I really appreciated that. Everything worked: AC and heating did (it gets cold in the nights so happy to report that). Showers worked very well with good strong hot water. I was very glad for my group since we took 3 rooms.
About the manager Marouane, he really helped us organize a bunch of excursions in the desert: It’s not cheap but it takes a lot of work to do that. He was very competent and everything was fair. I think I can say he’s very trustworthy and he truly made my trip a success. A very pleasant surprise to meet him and his hotel!
Honestly, knowing this is literally in the middle of the desert, it’s not fair to overly criticize them: This is definitely not a Four Seasons but it will definitely do for anyone reasonable.
Un accueil chaleureux à deux pas des dunes !
Nous avons passé deux jours ici, dont une nuit dans le camp partenaire en plein désert : balade à dos de chameau au coucher du soleil, dîner et musique dans le désert, retour à dos de chameau, excursion en 4x4 vers le sud jusqu'aux dunes, promenade au coucher du soleil sur les dunes, dîner et pique-nique.
Expérience magnifique ! Marwan est un hôte exceptionnel ! Je recommande vivement.
Zwembad. Eén personeelslid in de bediening van het eten. De squad track in de duinen was zeer positief met de begeleider.
Kamers zijn niet 5 sterren waardig. Onze douchekop was niet ophangbaar (defect), 230vac wandcontactdoos los uit de muur. De diner en ontbijtruimte is erg ongezellig. De jonge eigenaar is zeer zelfingenomen, mist emphatie. Ik heb mijn bevindingen met hem gedeeld en zijn antwoord was “Meneer u bent in de desert. U heeft de mooiste kamer, u zou mij op uw knieën moeten bedanken….” Een NoGo.

Ленивый персонал, работают кое-как, на завтрак надо просить омлет, иначе стоят грязные пустые тарелки, цен нигде нет, считают примерно, с евро сдают дирхамы, все время кажется, что хитрят. Номер не убирали за неделю, в конце сменили полотенца, еда однообразная, слишком много макарон. Пользуются тем, что второй раз сюда не приедешь, гости одноразовые или мотоциклисты спортсмены.
la camera era piena di zanzare quasi 100 zanzare non si poteva stare la dentro il cuscino era tutto sporco e rovinato la doccia era tutta sporca poi su booking erano messi foto di una camera molto ampia invece in realtà era piccolina non si poteva respirare non lo consiglio assolutamente a nessuno invece anno scorso siamo andati a un altro hotel era tutto preciso si chiamava mohayut è stata una esperienza catastrofica 🤮🤮🤮
non mi ha piaciuto nulla di questa struttura perché secondo me questa gente ci stanno fregando a tutti poi 90 euro per quella camera mi sembra tanto il cibo era troppo cattivo il pane era di 3 giorni fa a mezouga ci stanno strutture molto più buone a prezzi molto più bassi a me mi ha fregato anche il fatto che questa struttura su booking ci hanno dato 5 stelle ma nemmeno 1 stella per carità 👎👎🤮🤮🤮

The property is very spacious with a beautiful garden and a big swimming pool. The location is great as the dunes are at walking distance. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and the food was good.
The property is beautiful, but could do with some maintenance and a few little touches that would make the spaces feel more homey.
Very good place for motorcyclists and for those who go to the desert in the evening. Camels, sunset, romantic dinner and local music to the Sahara. This will be guaranteed by the hotel staff. Mr. Marwan our new friend. Thank you and we recommend. Kazimierz.
Both breakfast and supper were great!
I highly recommend this place. The rooms are great. The staff is very nice and helpful. They helped us organize a jeep and quad trip to the desert and it was an unforgettable experience. We only regret that we can't stay longer. Maybe next time :)
