When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Hotel has limited car parking space. We recommend using the NCP Rother Street CV37 6JP. Alternatively, Rother Street Civic car park is located to the rear of the hotel. It is an hourly pay and display system and they have an overnight charge of £22.50 (subject to change)
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance - unfortunately our Signature Suite, Suite and Junior Suites are not able to accommodate dogs.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Hotel du Vin exceeded my expectations. The hotel was centrally placed for all visitor attractions, restaurants & shops.
The hotel rooms were spacious, comfortable & equipped with the usual extras-hairdryer, iron etc with Occitan products in the bathroom.
Their bistro restaurant was pleasant with a varied menu & good wine choices. This was where breakfast was served each morning & there was a wide choice of breakfasts on offer.
The only thing I could fault was the lack of a firm pillow on my bed but it didn’t spoil my stay

We had a lovely room but the loo broke and was not fixed and kept us awake all night - we were refunded 50% but it ruined our stay

The reception, domestic, bar and waiting staff were all excellent - very welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet, spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Room amenities were good. Good size bathroom with walk-in shower was very good. Pleasant bar, courtyard and dining room. Good location.
The choices at breakfast were Ok - could have been better for certain dietary requirements. The fresh fruit option was not particularly good. There was no fresh uncut bread to go with the jams.
The hotel room was very comfortable. we particularly appreciated the fridge with a large carafe of water given the weather was so hot.
We had come to see 2 plays, and the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the Theatres.
The Restaurant was also very nice, and the breakfasts delicious

Booked through Booking where it says the hotel had parking, but wasnt clear that we had to contact the hotel in advance to reserve one of the few spots they have. On arrival we were told that we needed to them in advanced we wanted to park there and theyd reserve a spot. There was a public lot around back that sufficed.
Additionally, my hotel room didnt have working AC. But they kindly moved me to the disability-friendly room.

Nice hotel, Great location and facilities. Very friendly staff. Miranda and Sophie were amazing in the restaurant and made us feel very welcome.
The room and bed were comfortable. The shower was nice and the toiletries were good. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast food was nice.
The room seemed to have been set up for one person even though the booking was clearly for two - eg only one set of towels in bathroom - although we found another set in the wardrobe.
The coffee from the machine in the dining room was not nice. We had told the staff that we would need a gluten free breakfast - but in the morning they seemed to find it slightly difficult.
