When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Hotel has limited car parking space. We recommend using the NCP Rother Street CV37 6JP. Alternatively, Rother Street Civic car park is located to the rear of the hotel. It is an hourly pay and display system and they have an overnight charge of £22.50 (subject to change)
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance - unfortunately our Signature Suite, Suite and Junior Suites are not able to accommodate dogs.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Lively room. Very comfortable. Great location
We were staying there with our 6 month year old and it felt like we were in a European city. The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfy. The room had an iron which for some reason you can never find one in most places. They were decorated lovely and were super snug. It was just perfect 🤩
We had a balcony room but didn’t use because you’re just too exposed to the other balconies. It’s kind of like sitting with other people.

The prices of drinks and food were quite expensive. The cooked breakfast in particular was quite small considering the cost.
It was top notch from check in to check out. Welcoming, high standards and sensational quality. From the rooms, the linens, the products and special touches to the breakfast quality of products we would come again and pay the premium of being here compared to other lower price alternatives as it’s worth every penny.
Nothing could have been better. Lovely staff who we saw interacting with such care and genuineness with all people staying at the same time.

Bed is very comfortable, and the hotel is super cute in a great location. Relatively quiet despite the hotel hosting a wedding party that evening. Very well managed.
The room could use a little touch-up. It felt a little sad to see some scuffed walls and chipped paint. But it was very comfortable, and the staff were great.

This is nice and style boutique hotel which keep the ancient body but still bring the contemporary atmostphere. The location is also great to walk around.
