When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Hotel has limited car parking space. We recommend using the NCP Rother Street CV37 6JP. Alternatively, Rother Street Civic car park is located to the rear of the hotel. It is an hourly pay and display system and they have an overnight charge of £22.50 (subject to change)

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance - unfortunately our Signature Suite, Suite and Junior Suites are not able to accommodate dogs.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Perfect sleep quality
Pros:

Sleep quality is absolutely perfect. We had a large room with balcony on the top floor and the bed was huge, the mattress was perfect (firm but not hard), sound insulation was really good, and the room had good working aircon that doesn't blow in your face. These are the 4 things that matter for a great night sleep, and this hotel gets them right.
One aspect that could still be improved: It's a good idea to provide more than one pillow for each guest, but then the pillows should be clearly different types (harder-softer..) so different preferences can be accommodated.

Cons:

The inner courtyard is ugly, all stone slabs and full of cobwebs.
Parking is expensive (but you can use an app to get a cheaper place near the train station).

We would definitely ome back to the Hotel du Vin.
Pros:

The hotel is stylish and spacious. The room was large and well appointed. Car parking was easy and reasonable. Staf were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We felt the cost of breakfast was too high.

Great room,nice hotel
Cons:

Tv didn't work,got stuck in the lift.The French girl working on the Sunday on reception thought she was miss world,but she was nothing special.She came up to my room to fix the tv and didn't fix it,I ended up missing the final.

Excellent stay and the staff are a credit to this hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, especially the chap at reception who looked after us when we arrived there late in the evening (around 10pm). He was truly an excellent member of the staff there and so very caring.
