When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Hotel has limited car parking space. We recommend using the NCP Rother Street CV37 6JP. Alternatively, Rother Street Civic car park is located to the rear of the hotel. It is an hourly pay and display system and they have an overnight charge of £22.50 (subject to change)
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance - unfortunately our Signature Suite, Suite and Junior Suites are not able to accommodate dogs.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Parking!
The hotel was really easy to find, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, wifi was good enough for me to stream my football game :) The restaurant was amazing and I had a fantastic banana tarte tatin :)

Nothing
My daughter and myself had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully done. We had everything we could need including a fridge which came in handy. We chose a room with access to a balcony which I can imagine, when the weather is better would be a lovely addition, however we went in early April so it wasn’t really warm enough to use. The location was ideal and all staff from the front desk to bar to the house keeping staff, were all lovely Would definitely stay again
We found the room a little cold on our first night and couldn’t get the thermostat to work. This was quickly rectified on request
