Fortunately the location was excellent. The rooms are dirty and they don't clean it.

The location was excellent. Close to everything.

Cons:

The breakfast was skimpy for lack of a better word. Just boiled eggs everyday with no choice at all. One roll cut in 8 pieces.
It was just bad. Kitchen staff unfriendly. They cannot understand you.

Pros:

Lo mejor, la situación. Al lado de calle Istiklal.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña, apenas sitio entre la cama y la pared, una sola mesilla y muy pequeña. Armario perchero sin perchas y sin estantes para colocar ropa y enseres. Baño algo pequeño pero correcto, lavabo excesivamente alto. Desayuno bastante justo, para un día de estancia, variedad muy limitada, para estancia de cinco días, muy aburrido. (Siempre la misma variedad)

Really nice, clean hotel, great breakfast, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to Istiklal Street for shopping - but also only a couple of turns away and it was quiet. Loads of eating places nearby.

Cons:

Can’t say I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

Disappointing Cleanliness and Room Conditions, Despite Helpful Staff
Pros:

I stayed at Tango hotel from September 28th to October 3rd, and unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the photos on the website. The room was dirty, and we had to change rooms twice. In the end, we were placed in a smaller room than what we had originally booked. The room had dust, hair, and even socks left under the bed. Despite tipping the housekeeping staff in hopes of better service, the cleanliness remained poor.

However, one of the front desk staff, a half-Iranian gentleman, was very helpful and made efforts to improve our stay. The location of the hotel was great, and breakfast was decent but not as depicted in the photos.

I hope this feedback helps future guests. While the location and some staff members were good.

Pros:

Персонал был очень отзывчивым и услужливым, и на ресепшн и на кухне, это самое лучшее что было в этом отеле. На любой запрос персонал реагировал быстро и решал вопросы в пользу клиента.
Второй плюс это расположение.

Cons:

В номере было пыльно и на постельном белье были пятна. Все остальное работало исправно.

Nice hotel and likely staying there again.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the room has reasonable size, bath is spacious and the location is superb may be just 100 meters away from Taksim Shopping street. Area is full of restaurants, groceries etc. Not far from main metro station.

Cons:

Nothing worrisome.
