Very nice, clean, friendly staff, comfy beds
Parking lot is very small, get stuck by the bridge opening due to the boats going through. But besides that the place was amazing.

Rooms a bit noisy but they let you know that…
The noise from the AC was so loud that it kept my wife ip most of the night. Then the room was so hot that it woke me up. The fact that you provide ear plugs is stupid. That never was list in discrimination.
If you want to refund our money that would be the right thing to do.

The room and bathroom were very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than most. The towels were better than most hotels.
The hotel has limited parking. The exercise room and indoor pool are quite small.

Could have been a bit cleaner, some hair on the carpet and mirrors in the room could have been wiped, also dirty baseboards.
Walking distance to everything
Really not much did I like about this hotel
It’s a really overpriced hotel with poor customer service. The beds were very uncomfortable and bathroom was dirty. The balcony view is of a parking lot so a real joke . Sooooooo not worth the money.
My husband used the spa and loved it. It was nice shops and restaurants are walking distance and not too far Petosky.
