The food was delicious, staff were lovely, breakfast area is really nice, beds were very comfortable
Could do with a bit of make over in the bar area
Breakfast was nice
Bedding was dirty pillowcases stained. Room had a strong smoke smell. The key cards never worked on the outside door. Parking was limited and didn’t feel secure. Did not like where the slainey suits were located behind residential housing and in the rain not ideal to walk for breakfast. No lift for top floor apartment so not helpful when have a disability. Explained some of this to staff and was ignored
Food good nice location good music in the bar late
Very noisy on the street below hotel
The breakfast was fab. 10/10.
Nicely cooked and great variety.
The air conditioning wasn’t working. I opened the window but it was very noisy outside so hard to sleep.
The hotel staff were very good and made the stay enjoyable with their friendly and attentive service.
Very tasty
The suites were beside a residential apartment block. Some of those residents were loud at night and were drinking and a little odd on our return from dinner.
Helpful staff, food was really good!
Bedroom and bathroom were basic, bathroom needs to be updated with proper shower. A fridge in the room and some bottles of water would be good.....also as we were staying with our 7 year old, we wanted to leave a small light on which was impossible as the bathroom light was automatic and the light inside the door was on same switch as light in middle of room.
The staff in the hotel was lovely to deal with and friendly. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable
We arrived at booking time (with 3 children) carpark was up a steep hill away from hotel and we had to cart our luggage and 3 kids back and forth a busy road with a narrow footpath. On arrival we asked About the swimming pool times (this was at 3.30pm) and we were told it's open until 8pm. and we were told there is a leisure centre across the road separate building to the hotel. We went upstairs to our room thinking we had loads of time to use the pool across the road. We went for a walk around enniscorty with our children and came back to go swimming. As we went through the lobby we were told by a different lady at reception that the swimming pool was closing and 5.30.... it's was 5pm and then informed that We would have to pay separately for use of the pool and bring the receipt back and be reimbursed with a voucher to use in the restaurant & bar or in vouchers that can be used only in facilities in or around wexford which we couldn't use as we were leaving To go home the following morning. We had 3 children who were very upset, with nothing to do for the time of our stay as our main reason for booking the hotel and at the price of 210 euro for the night was the use of the swimming pool which is misleading on the booking.com site with photos of a pool etc. when the pool is not belonging to the hotel. We had travelled from kildare to enniscorty and ended up spending the entire evening sitting in our hotel room with 3 disappointed and upset children and as severely annoyed parents. My advice to the hotel itself is to state the pool situation as it's not part of the hotel and also their vouchers policy that you would be paying extra on top of your stay and claiming it back in the use of the bar or restaurant or vouchers as I stated overhead. What is shown on the booking.cpm booking for this hotel is misleading. Although the hotel in clean and staff friendly we will not be booking another stay and Tracey's hotel enniscorty again.
It's supposed to be 4 star suites across the road from hotel I'd say more like a 3 star the tiles in bathroom some were cracked dirt on window sill curtains dirty and also spider webs in lamps .it was very hot no air con had to keep windows open all night and the smell of sewage coming in windows was disgusting.key catd to main door wouldnt work several times and qe were left outside.Staff are pleasent we stayed in suite beside hotel very expensive for what it was 210 euros breakfast wasn't great but there is a good selection tbf.
As above
