There is public parking less than 220 yards from the hotel in the Bergstraat.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Location and bed was comfortable. Grateful the staff relocated us on the 4th floor which wasnt as hot.

Cons:

The first room we were given was very warm and instructions on the window indicated "not to open". This was the top floor of the hotel and the ceiling was slanted right above the bed. My husband hit his head several times in the 2 nights in that room.

Fantastic location - Lovely staff!
Pros:

The location was amazing. 2 minutes from Central Station, 1 minute from Grand Place and just up the road from the lively bars (close enough to be handy, far enough to be peaceful!). The staff were lovely and the rooms were great.

Cons:

A mini fridge in the room would have been good!

Nice little hotel. Great location. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Loved the location in Brussels. Very central. Really liked the room we were given. The en suite was very clean and modern. Great view from the window on the 4th floor. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

Some of the decor could have been spruced up a little, but nothing major. Thought the hotel was nice.

Fabulous little hotel above a cafe in a bustling street within walking distance of central station
Pros:

Quick walk from Brussels central train station and on a picturesque and busy cobblestone street! Arrived on market day so the street was bustling... yet my room was nice and quiet. Having read reviews and seen photos, I knew that I had to enter through the cafe (with books) on the ground floor and reception was at the rear. As a solo traveller, I paid for a single room which was compact (with single bed) but very serviceable. Surprisingly the bathroom and double-sized shower was much larger than I expected for a single room - a welcome change! Plenty of space to leave luggage, space around the bathroom basin, hang up clothes, and desk space. You could see the spire of the town hall from my window - lovely views! Reception staff helpful, friendly and efficient (and let me try a bit of my French for practice). I only stayed for one night and had other plans for my meals, so I didn't get to try the cafe/book space. And then the general area of the hotel is bustling with activity, so plenty to do. Free drinks and a snack bag also provided - didn't use them but very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel prima, op goede locatie, ontbijt ondermaats

Verblijf/slaapkamers en de uitstekende locatie centrum Brussel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is ronduit slecht. Het beloofde "heerlijk buffet ontbijt wordt geserveerd in een à-la-carterestaurant" is er niet. De ontbijtruimte was een afgezet deel in Lloyds Lunchroom. Absoluut geen ontbijtbuffet, je krijgt een kaartje met paar minuscule gerechten waar je uit kon kiezen, boter ?? hadden ze nog nooit van gehoord, de bestelling kwam laat of helemaal niet, chaotische bediening. Je moet sowieso geen haast hebben. Na reclameren bij de receptie van het Hotel, 100 x excuses, maar de dag daarop nauwelijks beter. Jammer doet afbreuk aan Hotel. Advies : boek hotel en ga ergens anders ontbijten.

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación.
El personal es muy atento y está súper limpio.
La habitación no era muy grande pero suficiente para el poco tiempo que pasamos en el hotel.
Sin duda repetiria

Cons:

Por poner un pero el tema del desayuno convendría haber explicado un poco mejor el funcionamiento.
Además tuvieron un poco de descontrol pues quisieron cobrarlo dos veces, espero que fuera un simple error.

Pros:

The location was great( allowing for a bumpy cobblestone route with luggage). Very close to Grand Place,.restaurants and shopping.
A good coffee shop/ restaurant is located.in the lobby.

Cons:

My room was adequately sized, but a little tight around the bed. One elevator was out of service, leaving longer than usual wait times.
