Walking distance from everything or metro.
Pros:

Location just off grand place and 5 mins from centraal station.

Cons:

Breakfast was in coffee shop by reception. Not terrible just wasn’t totally for guests.

Tesisin konumu harika bir yerdeydi ve temizliği, yatak konforu, oda ve banyo büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Her gün temizlik yapıldı ve resepsiyonda ki görevli biz çok yardımcı oldu. Biz kahvaltı almadık ama otelin altında ve çevresinde çok güzel kahvaltı yapacak yerler var.

Bizim için eleştiri yapacak hiçbir şey olmadı.

rien à dire sinon parfait,
c'est mon hôtel préféré quand je viens à Bruxelles
personnel très sympa et qui demande si tout se passe bien au niveau de la chambre etc...
situé derrière la grand place, on a qu'à prendre la petite ruelle quasiment en face pour y être
rue avec de très nombreux commerces et petits restaurants

Cons:

peut-être trouver un système d'accessibilité à l'hôtel car parfois l'escalier d'entrée est rempli de monde voulant manger dans le café qui partage l'hôtel...
ou faire en sorte que les clients du café laisse un accès aux clients de l'hôtel car suivant certaines heures, l'escalier est totalement occupé par des personnes qui viennent au café

Pros:

Чудове розташування, привітний персонал, косметика Rituals у номері та затишне кафе на першому поверсі, де можна поснідати до 10:00. Окремий плюс — наявність ліфта. Рекомендую!

Cons:

На вулиці гучно до 23, якщо хочеться тиші краще пошукати іншу вулицю. Для мене було ок, але треба враховувати тим до кого це важливо.

Hyvä sijainti ja tunnelma, rauhallinen huone, mukava sänky, Ritualsin tuotteet kylppärissä, alakerran iso kahvila/aamiaisravintola.

Cons:

Aamiaisella jäi toisena päivänä osa tuotteista saamatta, toisena päivänä myös meinasi unohtua osa ruokalajeista. Kiirettä tosin näytti olevan henkilökunnalla.

DON'T STAY HERE- VERY POOR STAFF & BASIC SERVICES

The room said it had a safe and affirming phone, but neither worked the whole time. Each day we reported it. Only one of 2 elevators worked, and we were on the 4th floor. The staff were nonchalant & indifferent, and each time we asked to speak to a manager, no one was around. We asked to be updated, and now one ever dud. This is a good location, but it is a big liability if you cannot have a working phone or safe. We are attaching pics. of nonworking safe and elevator. There are much better places just as close to stay. DON'T STAY HERE!

Ma chambre était petite et bruyante car à côté des escaliers. Je trouve avoir payé trop cher cette chambre mais l’hôtel est très bien placé.

La ubicación excelente. La habitación estaba bien.

Cons:

El servicio de Internet era pésimo. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación porque el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho. El desano era malo, pero nos dicubiertos sucios con comida pegada. Pedimos cambiarlos y nos trajeron otros igual de sucios. Un asco. De hecho, de los cuatro días , solo tomamos el desayuno el primero y luego lo evitamos.

Great location to enjoy Brussels
Pros:

Location location location!! Literally in the street parallel to the Grand Place, so 10sec walk to there. Also everything else is so close from CentralStation to all main tourist attractions. There is a nice caffe/restaurant at the ground floor.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have a mini-bar in the room especially considering the heatwave at the time I was there.
