Pros:

Excelente ubicación, junto a la Grand Place, cerca de la estación Central. Muy cómodo para visitar Bruselas y desde allí visitar otras ciudades como Gante o Brujas

Cons:

Es ruidoso a partir de las 7 de la mañana con los camiones de descarga, de la basura y demás ya que el suelo es de adoquines hacen mucho ruido

L’accès se fait par une partie Restaurant, ce qui est peut être un peu déroutant au début.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la partie arrière de l’hôtel, une petite rue sombre et sans intérêt

Cons:

La colazione è inesistente. Al bar di sotto c'è un collegamento con l'albergo. Una mattina abbiamo chiesto alcuni piatti (l'albergo consigliava di fare la colazione lì) e dopo quasi 1 ora nn sono mai stati preparati e consegnati, al tavolo ho chiesto una spiegazione e loro hanno subito detto di richiedere il rimborso, ho chiesto aiuto alla recepcionista e non è servito. Attendo ancora il rimborso. Ho fatto presente la truffa alla polizia, sono pronta alla denuncia.
