Cons:

Instalacoes antigas, manutencao ruim e ausente, vazamentos no banheiro, piso podre, pintura suja, moveis encardidos. Hotel precisa de reforma, pintura e manutencao.
Aspeto de sugeira em toda parte que gera desconforto.
O quarto nao foi limpo e cama nao foi arrumada em nenhum dos dias.

Localização. Tamanho do quarto. Frigobar gelando.

Cons:

Estacionamento (seguro, mas vagas pequenas e acesso muito estreito); Café da manhã fraco (ovos mexidos pareciam feitos "anteontem"). Água quente "acabou" depois de meia-noite. Janelas sem proteção (se for com crianças, fiquem atentos). Nao tem ar na sala, só no quarto.

Os quartos sao muito bons: espacosos e cnfortaveis com boa limpeza .

Cons:

A retirada dos biscoitos e chocolates como apertivos e tambem dos refrigerantes do frigobar que antes haviam.

O quarto é confortável, as dimensões são boas. Ar condicionado e TV funcionam bem.

Cons:

O quarto conta com uma pequena cozinha, porém não tem talheres nem abridor de garrafas ou vinho. O Cooktop tem duas chapas sendo que uma delas não funciona, mas o pior de tudo é que existe um microondas no alto que não se consegue ligar na tomada. Tudo pode ser resolvido se tiver mais atençao na manutenção.
