Air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. Later masters came to fix them, but even then it didn’t work well enough.
The facilities were great, the room was big and airy. The bed was very comfortable and large, which is what I like. The bathroom had all the necessary things, including toothbrush and toothpaste.
The staff is incompetent. Very poorly trained. This goes for the reception staff as well as the restaurant and bar staff. This means the service is rather inadequate.

Excellent SPA service. Room is poor. AC was not working, room temp was more than 28 degree centigrade. Technitian and management confirmed fix will be after 2 days. Fridge is not calling. Management not welling to assign different room. Advised to keep windows open and fan on but temp remained at 27.5.
Breakfast buffet was less than average. Less bread variety, poor mash-room soup (mostly water).
The hotel has great fitness facilities and relaxation.
It would be good to have a coffee machine in the breakfast room.
The hotel is located in a tranquil area. Fit and spa activities are included.
A coffee machine for breakfast would be a benefit.

The Spa Menu was Russian only. That was weird.
