Overall, the stay was comfortable for a day. If it was for a longer duration, more challenges
Pros:

Breakfast had a lot of rush. Hence had to wait for quite a few items. Service was too slow. Need to improve servicing time.

Cons:

The speed of service could have been better. The master bedroom bed was very soft for our liking.
Also, car parking facility could have been improved.

Tranquil times for a couple
Pros:

It’s like living in the forest, lush green and birds chirping. Food is good. Staff is cooperative too and place is kept well.

Cons:

It’s a bit overpriced as you can get pool villas in Lonavla for much better price. They should look at refurbishing the sofa and bed with better lighting in the rooms

Fun spoiled by charging extra
Pros:

we booked villa which is for 6 pax. we booked for 3 adults and 1 child. but later informed we will be 4 adults and 1 child. same was informed through watsapp also. No one said they will charge extra Rs 1500

as the villa was for 6 they shouldn't have charged Rs 1500 for 1 extra person. this.was total disappointment.

Stay at Silvanus
Pros:

The location and the staff are very good . Mr Ravi and the entire team are working day and night to make things together. The rooms with swimming pools are an ideal attraction for any small celebration in isolation.

Cons:

The property has become old. Maintenance issues are visible everywhere. Old towels, bathroom accessories and food quality are pulling the hotel down. The bar was closed. A brand name is required to take it to the next height. They also don't do any basic decoration in the room.

Not recommended for whole family stay
Pros:

Food taste was very good. Staff in restaurant was humble & cooperative. Staff in reception was polite.

Cons:

1. Overpriced hotel
2. Room size was not as per promise
3. Bathroom door was not locking properly
4. Bathroom flush was not in proper working condition
5. Wash Basin tap was having very low force of water flow
6. In main bedroom, 2 single beds were attached and showcased as queen / king size bed...it was uncomfortable for parents and one child. Mattress was too much soft & uncomfortable
7. Room lighting was poor
8. There is no battery back up on power cuts instances
9. Location of hotel is very isolated (in forest)

Not so good... Very boring not activities. Very high prices.
Pros:

Was expecting good retreat for weekend however it was very boring. There was no activities by resort and also their food service on Saturday night was very slow. Staff coperated well in terms of room change however prices were high of food and stay which was not value for money. Buffet breakfast was ok ok . I will not go again there as there is nothing to see. Only if people like peaceful stay then it's ok but very boring

Service of restaurant on Saturday was very slow. Place is very boring and very inside. Nothing is accessible. Not value for money as prices are high but service are slow n not worth. Staff are coperative in terms of rooms change. However I didn't felt value to my money

Very good
Pros:

We liked the room very much as they were quite spacious. The food was good and the staff were very nice. It gave a clear feeling of a forest area.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the bathrooms. There is a lot of scope for improvement on the breakfast buffet.
