بقيت مع عائلتي لمدة ٥ ليالي في هذا المكان وكنت قد حجزت قبل مغادرتي لبلدي وبدون أي دفعة مسبقة

الإفطار كونتيننتال يتم تقديمه من قبل كادر المطعم وفي كثير الاحيان المديرة كادينا تجلب الطعام كنوع من الترحيب والاستقبال بيوم جديد وهذا التصرف اعجبنا كثيرا، ولاننسى بأنه يتم تغيير بعض فقرات الطعام لكي لأن شعر بالملل من تكرار نفس الطعام يوما، بالإضافة لأنه يمكنك تغيير بعض فقرات الطعام المقدم

بما انه يوجد اكثر من مكان لديه تسميات مشابهة لمكان اقاماتنا فقد مثلت هذه المسألة عقبة خصوصا عند محاولة العثور على الموقع في تطبيقات الخرائط عند التعامل مع سواق التكسيات من أجل العودة للشقة بعد انتهاء رحلاتنا وتجوالنا في اسطنبول

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden!

Zunächst möchten wir die hervorragende Lage hervorheben: In der Nähe befinden sich der Große Markt, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie eine wunderschöne Uferpromenade, auf der man sowohl tagsüber als auch abends sehr angenehm spazieren gehen kann.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Karina, der russischsprachigen Gastgeberin des Hotels. Sie ist ein wunderbarer Mensch, der stets erreichbar war, uns bei allen organisatorischen Fragen unterstützt hat und alles dafür getan hat, damit unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich verläuft.

Das Zimmer entsprach vollständig den Fotos auf der Website: sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel. Für uns war besonders wichtig, dass das Hotel über einen Aufzug verfügt, da wir mit einer älteren Person gereist sind. Das war ein großer Pluspunkt.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen – es war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Insgesamt hat das Hotel bei uns einen äußerst positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir empfehlen es gerne anderen Reisenden weiter.

Kommen Sie vorbei – Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein! Wir planen auf jeden Fall, wiederzukommen.

Great location, a true piece of history
Pros:

The location was great, almost 5-10 minutes walk to most tourist attractions, tram access and overall great ambience. It was child friendly and the staff was great! Loved the history of the place and when living in Faith I think Old Ottoman castle is the perfect choice to experience history in it's true manner. The ambience and setting were amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast was the same everyday, sometimes a request would take a long time to fulfill but they would eventually work on it!

Загалом колоритно та атмосферно, все поруч в пішій доступності . Слабинка отеля це їхні сніданки !!!

В помешканні номер, в якому ми проживали був досить просторий, чистий, вікна виходили не в двір де вечорами дуже шумно, колоритно, а на протоку, що не заважало нам вночі відпочити. Гарне обслуговування.

El trato super amable, dispuestos a ayudar en todo. La limpieza, la ubicación y el personal, el desayuno era abundante y muy rico. El día que nos íbamos era antes del desayuno y tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos unos bocadillos. Todo perfecto, si volvemos a Estambul sin duda nos alojaremos en The old ottoman castle.
