Honestly nothing I liked
That receptionist Gentlemen was not supportive and was very rude. The way he communicates and the way he responds was absolutely unprofessional. Room was not clean and hygiene found hair follicles across the bed and wah room was not clean, tap was very tight unable to open the tap for water.
Most importantly he switched off the signals of Television at 11 o clock. I have taken room for a day then I have right to watch TV and other hotel amenities upto the limitations. Atleast he needs to take confirmation or need to share information regarding the signal off of TV, without my consent he disconnected. Not a welcome sign for a customer. It's really a devastating experience

Location good. For breakfast and lunch and dinner, hotels are very near, and this is good.
Maintainance is reasonable compared to the price. However, improvements are to be made, especially, in terms of clean white fresh bedsheets.
A few repairs, are also required, for example, shower tap leakage in room no.206.
In visitors, reception place, the sopha cover is damaged, and hence it should be replaced with a new cover.
In the lift, on the flowering, a strong covering sheet is to be placed because it is looking dirty
Manager behavior and their policy not to accept the rate of OYO provided at online booking and they ask more money to pay at the time of check-in. I also seen a ridiculous experience with one of my colleague who reach to the hotel at 9:30am but for check in they ask extra amount Rs. 500, else they informed come after 12:00pm. When my colleague reached at 1:00pm to the hotel, manager said, the room you booked online was already given to others, now you have to pay extra for other room. A open and shut case of cheating with customer by this hotel. I had seen a good review before booking, I don't know, may be the manager is new and particularly his behavior is ridiculous to the customer.
