תודה רבה לשירלי המנהלת הרינו בתקופה של המלחמה ושינו לנו מלון היא דאגה לנו באופן אישי שידרגה לנו את החדר השירות הניקיון והייחס היה מעל הצפיות תודה רבה ממליצה בחום נחזור שוב ❤️🙏

יחס הצוות היה מצוין, תמיד אדיבים וזמינים לכל שאלה. החדרים נקיים ומטופחים ברמה מאוד גבוהה, הניקיון נשמר כל הזמן גם בלובי ובשטחים הציבוריים. אווירה נעימה מאוד במלון, הכל מתוחזק כמו שצריך.
הבריכה עם הנוף לים פשוט עוצרת נשימה חוויה אמיתית של נופש. חדר האוכל מציע מבחר עשיר וטעים, כך שתמיד יש מה לבחור וכל אחד מוצא משהו שהוא אוהב.
האוכלוסייה שמגיעה למלון איכותית ונעימה, מה שמוסיף עוד לאווירה הטובה במקום.
אנחנו מגיעים למלון הזה מדי שנה עם כל המשפחה ובכל פעם מחדש חוזרים עם חיוך גדול ותחושת סיפוק. ללא ספק אחד המקומות שאנחנו הכי אוהבים לנפוש בהם
אהבנו את הנראות של המלון ממש והחדר היה מושלם
אבל… היו הרבה דברים לוקים בחסר
הגענו מוקדם בבוקר ולא היה אף אחד בקבלה ולאחר שהתקשרנו לשירות לקוחות נאמר לנו להגיע לבצע צק אין במלון הגדול
אחרי הצק אין הפקידה במלון הבוטיק שאלה אם אנחנו בטוחים שאנחנו שם וגם התווכחה על זה שהיינו מוקדם ולא היה אף אחד בקבלה
כשרצינו לשתות משהו קר שלחו אותנו למלון הגדול שגם שם לא היה דבר פתוח בשעה 10 בבוקר ולכן נאלצנו ללכת למכולת בחוץ
ולא היה בל בוי שיעזור עם המזוודות כפי שנאמר לנו
מים חמים לתה פשוט לא היה אמרו לנו לעשות מים חמים עם המים של שטיפה במכונת הקפה
