Огромное спасибо персоналу гостиницы за быстрое обслуживание и чистоту в комнате. Всё было на высоте. Еда вкусная , завтраки разнообразные. Расположение гостинницы отличное. Очень рекомендуем эту гостинницу. А мы обязательно ещё будем там отдыхать. 👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰

החדר המלון חדר האוכל והבריכה הכל היה מושלם נקי. צוות המלון תמיד נענה לכל בקשה ואף מעבר לכך.
חופשה מושלמת ושהיה במלון היתה חוויה.

במיוחד תודה ענקית לליאור מצוות שרות הלקוחות שבדקה כל יום האם הכל בסדר ופינקה אותנו בכל בקשה ואף מעבר
התארחנו במלון באילת ורציתי לשתף בחוויה המצוינת שהייתה לנו. כבר מהרגע שהגענו הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו בחיוך וביחס חם, אבל מי שבאמת הפכה את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת הייתה ליאור. היא הייתה פשוט מקסימה תמיד עם סבלנות, חיוך ורצון אמיתי לעזור בכל דבר.
במהלך השהות היא דאגה לפנק אותנו בארוחת ערב של יום שישי, ובהמשך גם דאגה לנו למים ואוכל לדרך לפני הנסיעה חזרה הביתה. אלה אולי מחוות קטנות, אבל הן גרמו לנו להרגיש שמתייחסים אלינו באופן אישי ושבאמת חשוב להם שנהנה.
מעבר לשירות המדהים, גם ה
מלון עצמו היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד. החדרים היו נקיים, מרווחים ונעימים, הבריכה הייתה מטופחת וכיפית, והאוכל היה מגוון, טרי וטעים לאורך כל השהות. כל אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים ונתנו תחושה שיש תמיד למי לפנות.
יצאנו מהחופשה עם טעם של עוד, בעיקר בזכות היחס האנושי והאכפתי שקיבלנו. תודה גדולה לליאור ולכל צוות המלון על אירוח יוצא מן הכלל. אין ספק שנחזור שוב, ובהחלט נמליץ על המלון למשפחה ולחברים.

הבריכה היתה רוב הזמן כמעט ריקה מה שנתן תחושה של חופשה פרטית
היינו בקומה גבוהה וכשיצאנו למרפסת היה רעש מציק של רצועה חורקת שהפרה את השלווה.
ביקשנו מהקבל. שיטפלו בעניין, אך זה לא קרה
המקום היה נקי והמארחים היו מאוד נחמדים המלון היה במיקום מאוד טוב נהננו מאוד
וחשוב לי לציין ולהגיד שליאור התקשרה אלינו כל הזמן ודאגה שלא חסר לנו כלום ושאנחנו בסדר .
היה עניין עם המזגן שלא עבד בלילה וניסינו להתקשר לקבלה ולא היה מענה
קיבלנו חדר משודרג, 2 בקבוקי מים בחדר, צוות סבר פנים, דאגו לנו לכל פרט. ארוחת בוקר מעולה
