המלון שידרג אותנו בהפתעה אהבתי את החדר ( גדול ומרווח) קיבלנו סוויטה שעושה רושם שעברה שיפוץ.

המלון מתוחזק. העובדים אדיבים מאוד
קיבלנו חדר מרווח עם נוף ללגונה.
ארוחת בוקר מוגשת עד מאוחר וזה נפלא.
קיבלנו פינוקים לחדר ביום הראשון.
המזגן בחדר טיפטף בשעה 23:00. תוך 5 דקות הגיע טכנאי אדיב ונעים ופתר את הבעיה.
חבל שעובדים ומשפצים צמוד לשטח הבריכה, בזמן יולי אוגוסט
ליאור מדהימה, ליוותה אותנו בקשר טלפוני עוד לפני שהגענו למלון, במלון ואחרי, פשוט חווית שרות יוצאת דופן , שרות ברמה אחרת .
לאחר שקיבלנו את החדר דאגו להניח צלחת פרות ובעזיבה חילקו לנו שי לדרך.
לא סתם בחרנו פעמיים לשהות בארוץ רגיל ובבוטיק.

וואו היה מהמם!!! אני מגיעה לאילת כמעט כל שנה והייתי כמעט בכל בתי המלון והחוויה שלי במלון הייתה באמת יוצאת דופן. הצוות היה אדיב, שדרגו לנו את החדר לחדר מדהים שנהנינו בו במיוחד!, התקשרו במהלך השהות שלנו מספר פעמים כדי לוודא שהכל בסדר ובקיצור ממש ממש נהנינו!

נקודה למחשבה- לשים מזגנים גם במסדרונות החדרים
חם ברמות
צוות חדר האוכל היה מצויין, נעים ומקצועי לאורך כל הימים.
האוכל לאורך כל השהות היה בינוני וביום שבת בערב היה לא ראוי.
הבריכה לא נקייה.
זה שבבריכה הבר דל ומציע רק שתייה לקנייה ולא שירותי בר מלאים הפתיע אותנו מאוד לרעה. בנוסף, שעות פתיחת הבר צריכות לדעתנו להיות בהלימה עם שעות פעילות הבריכה, ולא מ12:30 (האם אורחים לא רוצים להזמין שתייה או נשנושים לפני 12:30?).
כמו כן- המענה שיש לילדים הוא בלתי מספיק- ברור לנו שזה מלון שלא מתמקד בשירות לילדים, אבל דווקא משפחות שרוצות בילוי *שקט* ונעים עם ילדיהם, יכולות להיות קהל שקל לרצות אותו- משהו נעים בשעות הערב- שעת סיפור/ הצגה קצרה/ סרט שמתאים לילדים קטנים/ סדנת יצירה.
We had a great stay at Herods Hotel Eilat. The hotel is quiet, the location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The complimentary dinner was excellent. Special thanks to Lior for arranging it for us—it was a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.
We look forward to staying here again!

המלון היה נקי ומסודר
הצוות היה פשוט נהדר, כולם היו כלכך נחמדים ואדיבים, לא היה איש אחד בצוות המלון שלא חייך או עזר במה שצריך.
מלון בוטיק לגמרי, דיי אינטימי, בריכה קטנה ונעימה, המלון היה שקט ונוח.
האוכל היה ממש טעים והיה מגוון עשיר למדי..
המיטה הייתה קצת לא נוחה :)
מיקום נוח , אנשים חמים , במיוחד ליאור המקסימה.
לא שלא אהבנו ניתן לשפר את המזגן גם הזוג שהיה איתנו אמר לנו שהמזגן לא קירר מספיק.
