Very comfortable stay in lovely hotel with super friendly staff

Lovely old properties, stylish and comfortably appointed reception rooms; two swimming pools and attractive outside spaces. Great location next to the river (walks) and a stone’s throw from town.

Fantastisch verblijf, absolute aanrader!
Pros:

Het was een geweldige plek! Prachtige locatie, midden in het centrum, veilig en betrouwbaar. De mensen waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zou iedereen dit aanraden en we komen zeker terug!

Cons:

Één specifieke staff medewerker, die bij aankomst zeer opdringerig allerlei diensten aanbood, bijvoorbeeld taxi (hij was zelf de chauffeur), hij liet ons regelmatig niet uitpraten, (later zagen wij hem op de bank in de lobby zitten alsof hij de gast was, al met al geen aanwinst voor dit prettige hotel.
Toen wij aangaven graag gebruik te maken van uber heeft deze man ons nooit meer aangekeken, niet eens meer gedag gezegd. Bizar.
