Unpleasant. Very noisy. Non reliable information by staff. The only good thing is accessibility.
Pros:

The location is very close to the phoenix mall and also a 15-20 mins ride to the airport.

Cons:

Noise, ceiling had a hole from which there was concrete falling. Also noise from above the ceiling constantly. Noise from other rooms (presumably the guests) laughing and screaming very loudly at 0200 am in the morning.

Access by key- we weren’t given a card or a key and When we questioned the person at reception it was told to us that all rooms open with one Masterkey or card. We went out for dinner and came back in, and a different man sat at the reception. When we requested him to open the room, he questioned us about our room key and I told him that we hadn’t been given one. HE DID NOT BELIEVE US. infact he sent his staff to check whether we had left it in the room.

Nic totalna porażka,co innego na zdjęciach co innego rzeczywistość.

Cons:

Hotel zapłaciłam już w październiku 2025 po monitach że jak nie zapłacę zaliczki lub całości to rezerwacja mi przepadnie.Zaplaciłam karta po otrzymaniu linku do platności,otrzymałam informacje z ich banku że płatność przeszła z sukcesem więc się nie martwiłam bo miałam potwierdzenie na karcie Revolut.Jakież było moje zdumienie po przyjeździe jak pan w hotelu powiedział że jak nie zapłacę yo nie mam pokoju bo on nie otrzymał platności.Byla 1 w nocy jak przylecieliśmy umęczeni po całodniowej podróży ,więc za jedną noc zaplaciłam 25 dolarów żeby tylko przenocować a pan powiedział że rano to wyjaśni.Po wejściu do pokoju następny szok brud,i nic więcej więc rano znalazłam inny hotel bo w tym nie mogłam zostać ze względu na warunki sanitarne.Musiałam opłacić dodatkowo za nowy hotel w lepszym standardzie i przynajmniej czystym.Nie polecam tego hotelu nikomu.

The food prepared was good and initial days of stay were good.

Cons:

Privacy was not offered properly which was a major issue. The atmosphere around the room was disturbing.
Also the kitchen was not kept hygienic.
