Modern, clean, gorgeous.
Pros:

The room was amazing, the views were great, the staff was responsive and helpful. The location is great, close to all the fun stuff in the area. I was there for days and walked everywhere except when I went to Liziba station and the Anti-Japanese War monument park nearby to liziba.

Cons:

It’s a little awkward to get to, you have to go up 2 elevators, but that’s hardly their problem, just a problem with the buildings

Perfect stay
Pros:

Room was amazing and had a great view. We booked the 270 degrees river view. The staff were really helpful and polite. We had a few issues with the room but these were quickly resolved by Yueya. The staff especially Yueya were always ready and there to help us. Free laundry service was great but they didn’t wash underwear. Location was great too, it’s neat Jiangfengbei area and central to most tourist areas. FYI - you have to take 2 elevators to get to the hotel but it’s all sign posted at the entrance.

What a great experience!
Pros:

This place was beyond perfect—truly unforgettable. It’s located just a few floors below the Eye of Clouds, so the views and atmosphere are absolutely unreal. Being on the 60+ floor means that in the floors below you, you have access to everything you could possibly want. The location alone is top-tier, and there are also amazing vendors outside selling authentic food outside creating such a vibrant energy.

The experience itself was next level: stunning views, exceptional staff, and my room even came with a personal butler and complimentary laundry service. I spent my birthday here and was surprised with a birthday cake and thoughtful treats, which made the stay feel incredibly special and personal. The team also helped me secure reservations at venues, helping make everything seamless.

Perfect in every way. I will absolutely be coming back.
