Good location and parking available

Cons:

No staff, unclean, no body to contact (or 3/4 different numbers that don’t always work) basic, bad communication- was offered a follow up and compensation- not followed through
No tv and internet for our stay (what we had was in and out wifi from another room)- not fixed during our stay
Ended up changing rooms as the 1st was not clean
2nd room better but water tank leakage
No clean towels, no sheets changed, no toilet rolls
We stayed over 2 weeks as well
Whole place smells like weed and dodgy “tenants” coming in and out at all hours

Overall the stay was good and the apartment was nice.
Pros:

Nice apartment. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

No WiFi. The code given on email was wrong and the code on the router did not work either. Sent a message to the mobile number as suggested but never got a response. Couldn’t get any phone signal or connect our Alexa.

Pleasant but could be better
Pros:

The apartment is a lovely size, three huge double bedrooms in a lovely setting by the river. Secure parking and access to the building made it feel really safe.

Cons:

There were no saucepans or cooking trays, no teatowels and the scouring sponge could have been used as a study in a lab. Although the property sleeps 6 there is a sofa which only seats 3, only 4 dining chairs, 4 mugs, 5 dinner plates and in sufficient glasses. There were teabags but no coffee. The quilts are quite thin and there are no additional blankets if needed. The apartment could be amazing with a little more attention to detail, which would cost very little.

Personally I would avoid. This is not luxury as advertised.
Pros:

Absolutely poor service. There was no hot water in the cup of tea for the whole time we stayed there.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the property and cleanliness was terrible.

Nice bathrooms

Cons:

Cleanliness - massive cobweb in lounge - i have photo. Not enough equipment for 6 - 4 cups 2 wine glasses 2 juice glasses- drawe missing from one of bedrooms, no phone reception no human staff anywhere

Upon arrival there was only one cup and one set of towels
I called and messaged to flag this but it was not resolved until the following day
Door of dishwasher was hanging off, which was dangerous
Sponge left for dishes was disgusting
Bed sheets did not fit the bed and were all ripped
Corridors all had overwhelming smell of weed

Would not stay here again, not worth the money for such a poor night sleep

location was good, ample parking, easy check-in process

Cons:

£100 deposit against damage (refunded within 3 days of check-out).
The room was poorly decorated/finished and very annoyingly noisy in both bedrooms (ventilation?)
Poor nights sleep
I messaged the WhatsApp number and received feedback to everything until the point where I requested some refund, then I heard nothing, extremely poor service

Location was great for Slaithwaite. Thankfully we only had a 1 night stay

Cons:

No full length mirrors/no tv's in bedrooms. Nothing felt or smelt fresh/clean. Not at all homely.
