Very nice, new hotel in Ashtabula
Pros:

Very clean and new, very nicely decorated, comfortable bed and nice bathroom, good shower

Wonderful hotel, horrible breakfast!
Pros:

Nice new clean hotel, modern, nice staff..beautiful!

Cons:

The continental breakfast was horrible! The only bad part of an otherwise wonderful stay. Parking was free, but very limited. The breakfast needs the most improvement by far, we stopped eating there, and got a far better breakfast at McDonald’s.

The staff was amazing.
Pros:

Hotel is very nice and would stay again.
Pros:

Upkeep was good, everything was clean, parking was adequate. Hostess Lori was very helpful. Location is near the main business district and is within walking distance.

Cons:

I was inadvertently billed twice for my stay.

The worse stay I ever had!

For the price, it doesn’t meet the standards of a quality hotel! In my room the expresso coffee maker water tank at the bottom wasn’t clean at all! I asked housekeeping to clean it and they never did clean it or give me a new expresso coffee maker for the room I stayed 4 nights there. Housekeeping did not know how to clean the expresso coffee maker, so I tried and I couldn’t find a way to run water through the maker without an expresso pod in it! Water pressure was low and lukewarm! The shade in the room was damaged, they knew about it but didn’t say anything to me when I checked in. Housekeeping put fresh towels in room, but failed to make beds, didn’t put toilet paper on the holder, ice bucket wasn’t dumped no clean ice bag given. My room was the same size as a regular hotel room that would be a lot cheaper to stay at! Parking was first come first serve. Spiders were everywhere outside at night, couldn’t sit outside at the tables that they provided for the guest to sit at outside! Breakfast was way below average for the price of the stay, no eggs, no meat, no potatoes. I feel I wasn’t treated the way I should of been for the price! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The gym had limited capacity and equipment. The breakfast buffet was the same every day and the food was not up to par with the level expected at a hotel of such high rating
