Resort OK!
Pros:

Không gian nhiều cây xanh, khu resort rộng, gần rừng quốc gia Cúc Phương, khí hậu trong lành. Resort không thuộc kiểu sang trọng, mọi thứ ở đây không sang trọng. Bên trong khu Resort có siêu thị tiện lợi, có quầy bánh, quán cafe, có Top bar. Chèo thuyền Kayak miễn phí. Từ khu vòng ngủ đi các điểm như ăn sáng, cafe, chèo thuyền kayak, tắm khoán nóng rất gần nhé. Gia đình mình hôm đầu không biet cứ gọi xe điện nhưng thực ra bước xuống các tòa khách sạn là tới rồi.

Gorgeous resort in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Gorgeous resort in beautiful setting. You actually don’t want to leave except you must to see all the sites Ninh Binh has to offer.

Cons:

A little too far from all the tour activities of the area. Also, the bungalows are not sound proof so if you have inconsiderately loud neighbors, good luck!

Ich kann es nicht beurteilen, da ich nicht eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht habe.

Cons:

Wir haben die Suite gebucht und beim Einchecken ungefragt ein "Upgrade" auf die Familiensuite bekommen. Das Zimmer wurde uns schön geredet, es wäre größer als das, was wir gebucht haben.

Was sollen wir jedoch mit einem dritten Bett in einem zusätzlichen Zimmer anfangen, wenn wir nur zu Zweit sind?

Die Suite hatte zwei Badezimmer mit WC, wovon jedoch nicht eine Toiletten funktionierte. Wir riefen bei der Rezeption an, worauf zwei Handwerker sich um das Problem kümmern wollten.

In der Zwischenzeit gingen wir zum Abendessen in das Restaurant. Als wir zurück ins Zimmer kamen, waren beide Handwerker nicht mehr da, die Toiletten funktierten aber immer noch nicht. Wir gingen also wieder zur Rezeption und wollten den Manaää

Kỳ nghỉ ngắn 1-2 ngày tương đối phù hợp khi muốn thay đổi không khí, hòa hợp núi rừng.
Pros:

Phòng sạch sẽ, view đẹp. Trang thiết bị cơ bản là mới, tiện nghi đầy đủ.

Cons:

Bữa tối ở nhà hàng chưa phục vụ tốt lắm, thiếu nhân viên hỗ trợ, tư vấn bữa ăn.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf die Berge.
Äußerst zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Außergewöhnlich sanfte Klimaanlage - quasi keine Zugerscheinungen. Schöne Außenanlagen. Große Kinderspielplätze.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten. Ein Doppelzimmer darf gern standardmäßig mit zwei Stühlen ausgestattet sein, so dass man den zweiten Stuhl nicht erst nachordern muss. Der Fußboden in den Ecken der Räume könnte sauberer sein. Sechs bis acht Kleiderbügel anstatt nur vier wären angenehm. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum der Suite war sehr grell - auch auf der kleinsten Stufe.

Lovely room but not a 5 star offering
Pros:

The bungalow room overlooking the water and impressive restaurant building was gorgeous, amazing bamboo structure, massive bed and lovely bath. The staff were very helpful before our stay in organising a driver for our day in Ninh Binh and reception staff were very welcoming. The resort is out of town but we chose it specifically for its location close to Cuc Phuong National Park.

Cons:

The restaurant is visually incredible but the offering was not 5 star unfortunately. The menus were tatty and a bit sticky! Meals are offered in "2-3 person" sized portions and priced accordingly. We asked if we could have a smaller portion for 1 person but this wasn't possible. So our choices were extremely limited. Drinks options were also very limited - everywhere we have been in Vietnam offers mocktails, cocktails etc. There was no wine by the glass and we were advised that the bar doesn't open on weekdays. We're not alcoholics but we had a vision of a lovely meal, with a glass of something, in the lovely setting. After receiving our food, we didn't see anyone again until we paid the cashier. It sounds like the resort caters for groups rather then independent travellers but there are certain things that one expects for a hotel marketed as 5 star.

Pros:

La disponibilità dello staff sempre presente. La struttura di per sé è molto bella.

Cons:

Avrei dato un punteggio più alto se non fosse stato per la scarsa pulizia e il cattivo odore nella villa. C’era la piscina ma inutilizzabile perché sporca. Saltavano l’acqua e la luce (anche se sono intervenuti subito). Comunque una serie di disagi. Ci aspettavamo molto di più da un resort soprattutto per quanto abbiamo pagato.

Pros:

Impressive the size and beauty of the grounds! We loved exploring the grounds. Ryan @ front desk ensured we loved our room once we arrived. All staff very accommodating and quick to help. Breakfast was wonderful in such a unique bamboo environment. The mineral pool, sauna, steam room was amazing, view from the highest point was never-ending
