AC Hotel Seattle Downtown

rooms were not available at check in time, check in took almost an hour total,

breakfast was not included, when I examined breakfast area to see if I wanted to purchase it everything was empty(pastries,sausage,silverware,napkins,milk,coffee, espresso milk needed cleaning)

Where was all the hotel staff? I only saw 3 hotel staff aside from housekeeping

Valet guy never greeted me, offered to carry my heavy bags, or push the bag trolley,

no bartender at the bar only saw once at 5 pm on Monday.

Room key card stopped working halfway through my stay.

Couldn't find room service menu. Have no idea if room service even exists

Rolling glass door on bathroom gives little privacy, no bathtub

During my stay, only one of the two elevators was operational, and at times both elevators were out of service, which caused significant inconvenience. The staff appeared poorly trained and often provided inconsistent or incorrect information. No staff member or waiter explained the à la carte breakfast menu; I only learned about it from other guests. The hotel’s location was also not ideal. Additionally, there was no electric kettle or access to hot water in the room, which is a basic amenity I expected. Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.

Only 1 working lift. We had a 5 night stay. Surely the lift could have been fixed by then. The lifts were always busy and shared with housekeeping

A kettle in the room would be preferable to the coffee maker which had awful tasting coffee

Housekeeping didn’t turn up every day!

They only had 1 elevator working, made it difficult for how extremely busy they were.
Shower head was not not working well, water was spraying out sideways and not good pressure.

Very disappointed with my stay. I scheduled a wake-up call for 6:15 a.m., but the front desk never called! Luckily I set an alarm as a backup, otherwise I would have missed the event. I stayed for two nights, but the room wasn’t cleaned when I came back. I didn’t request privacy or ask for the room not to be serviced, so I assumed someone would tidy it up. And when I checked in and walked into the room, there was a really strong air freshener smell. I asked if I could switch rooms because I’m sensitive to strong scents. The staff didn’t seem very happy about it and said they always spray air freshener after cleaning. They did move me to another room, but it smelled just as bad. The window couldn’t be opened, and the ventilation didn’t help at all. By the second day my throat was hurting badly. Now I’m constantly coughing, having trouble sleeping because of it, and need to see my doctor. Just a simple search would tell you how toxic air fresheners are to humans. I definitely won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

We got there on Thursday our room was not cleaned until Sunday and there was no real apologies just
Said Maria forgot to clean. We pay for that room to be cleaned so we expect it unless u post that it is our responsibility to keep clean which we did. Wish o could give yall 100

My invoice issue was not resolved, which caused a significant financial loss. The staff is refusing to correct the invoice and the mistake they made there. Because of this, I am unable to compensate my expenses, as it was a business trip. If the invoice is amended, I would definitely give different evaluation.
