Final stop should have been another destination.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the facilities. Bartender was great

Cons:

Staff especially early morning front desk and breakfast attendee. Extremely rude and condescending.

Ok for a short stay if you have business downtown.
Pros:

Location is great. busses stop right in front of the hotel. 10 mins walk to whole foods "steep climb coming back though". 15 mins walk to the convention center. 3 mins walk to 7/11 if you are in need of a late night snack.

Cons:

One of the elevators was not operational so we wasted a lot of time waiting for it.
House keeping is done every two days.
No wardrobe in the room.

Staff not helpful and had no idea what they were doing

Only one elevator worked and gate was locked so we couldn’t use the stairs staff was not helpful double charged for room

Nice place; poor management of cleaning services
Pros:

The common space was pleasant to stay in. The decoration, furniture, and bathroom of the room. The location was perfect to access various parts of the city. Despite being close to a main highway, the hotel did not get much noise.

Cons:

The hotel's cleaning service commitments were appalling. Apparently, the hotel cleans the room every other day. This policy was not communicated through Booking to start with. Yet, I got a cleaning service only once in 6 days. Furthermore, the hotel manager was unable to secure cleaning after my first complaint. Even sending towels to the room as promised was not secured. For a room whose price oscillates between $240 and $350 per night during my stay, I don't consider it good practice. A compensation of 100$ does not match the reputational damage to the hotel and the chain.

Would recommend
Pros:

The breakfast area and coffee stations were lovely and lobby seating area was comfortable. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They accepted our bags early, since we could not check in until 3, through concierge service.

Cons:

Our room was quite small with very little walking space between the beds and bench lining the wall. For the price I would have expected a larger room. Location was not close to any restaurants or shopping, however the bus stop is very close to the entrance so not a total negative.

Cons:

The most inconvenience about staying here, especially if you have a car is the parking. Unless you want to shell out $36 a day for the parking, you would have to park on the street and the meter is expensive too. From 8 to 4am, the meter parking is free but you have to start paying at 4am. Set your alarm clock!

it was pretty good, I appreciated streaming netflix.
Pros:

clean crisp linens and towels , Netflix streaming available on tv, clean, room passed blacklight inspection, make up remover wipe was nice, luggage storage after checkout, Comfy bed and nice blackout curtains, good view and nice lobby/outdoor seating

Cons:

rooms were not available at check in time, check in took almost an hour total,

breakfast was not included, when I examined breakfast area to see if I wanted to purchase it everything was empty(pastries,sausage,silverware,napkins,milk,coffee, espresso milk needed cleaning)

Where was all the hotel staff? I only saw 3 hotel staff aside from housekeeping

Valet guy never greeted me, offered to carry my heavy bags, or push the bag trolley,

no bartender at the bar only saw once at 5 pm on Monday.

ONE WORKING ELEVATOR.

Room key card stopped working halfway through my stay.

Couldn't find room service menu. Have no idea if room service even exists

Rolling glass door on bathroom gives little privacy, no bathtub

not enough toiletries. One makeup wipe for two guests

We had a lovely time. In a busy city, we were well rested. Service was excellent.
