网络很不好，时常连不上；厨房不整洁；房间布置很单调，灯太暗了；卫生间和厨房的垃圾清理不及时。展示图里的房间是最大的，但要做好分配到小房间的准备。

It needs a woman’s touch “sorry” ie clean the kitchen area if you know someone’s coming I walked into a cobweb scared me it was massive.
no milk in fridge as said was coffee tea if I wanted bit disappointed on that considering being in hospital a just wanted somewhere to sleep.
The worst thing was a alarm from boiler must be urgent and dangerous as it was going off when I got there and thought it was someone’s door alarm it was so annoying all night day painful in the head noise an I was on top floor. On a good point clean sheets tv in room and nice clean floor. I got a video as it needs sorting big time maybe it’s carbon monoxide alarm.
No shower gel in bathroom yet a clean towel was provided.
The shower works when the sink tap is turned on.
When contact to owner about code emailed straight away so grateful for that .

The bed was not comfortable at all. It was hard to sleep on.

The bed was not even comfortable it felt like the mattress was stuffed by hardened cotton which made it uncomfortable. My room had no duvet. I was cold the whole of my stay. The bathroom looked like it could use some renovations and thorough cleaning. There was no tissue paper and linen.

House is not clean. Occasionally, rubbish left in the kitchen by previous customers and smelly. Court yard full with rubbish or refuse. Key code not delivered in time, even though the room was advertised as next day, and rarely as advertised. I had to phone most days. On occasion, I got no answer. Occasionally, bed linnen were not changed. Clearly, the property is not properly looked after by the owner and is in decay. It gives shelter at night but otherwise quite undignifying. I would not recommend even though it is cheap.

With heat wave, a tiny fan will do the job.
Also toilet was not very clean.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The cleanliness was terrible throughout the property. The bathrooms were very dirty, and the kitchen was not properly maintained. The overall condition did not match my expectations, and I feel that the money spent through Booking.com was not worth it. I hope the management improves cleanliness and maintenance for future guests

There was so much to dislike that I don’t have time to list it! How can booking.com sell rooms like this? Where are the standards? How is this place legal? Only reason I knew there was a smoke alarm is because the battery was going so it bleeped every 30 seconds

It is very hard to get the keys from the key box, no direct instructions and the key box seem like broken and in bad condition.

The way I was promised that I'd recieve half my money back as the room was not clean
