Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel is easily accessible by public transport. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of local and international food. Room was clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Responses to request were prompt.

Wifi was unstable.

We were so thankful for the service we got from the staff, especially Ms 林鑫婷 ( ID 089). The friendliness and assistance the staff extended made our stay pleasant. We will surely stay here next time we visit Xiamen.

Cons:

It's good to have a staff who can speak English, though. Language becomes a barrier to communicate.
