A fost a doua oara anulata rezervarea in decurs de 2 luni, sub pretextul ca "s-a spart o teava" si rezervarea se muta la un alt hotel. La rezervarea din decembrie 2025 am acceptat alternativa oferita de cazare la hotelul Dana, de langa.
Insa la rezervarea din Februarie 2026, am refuzat categoric oferta de a ma caza din nou la un alt hotel, indicat de ei.
Lipsa totala de respect fata de clienti, oferind posibilitate de rezervare pe booking, dar in fapt nu te poti caza, iar anularea in ultima secunda. cand ai ajuns deja la destinatie obosit, este frustranta. Motivul servit: "tocmai s-a spart o teava" atat in decembrie cat si in februarie nu pare a fi sustinuta de realitate.
