Great Accommodation
Pros:

They provided a good spacious room for four people to space out comfortably. This was among the nicer accommodations throughout our trip around India. The breakfast buffet was good and It is located next to an ice cream shop.

The most disappointing was the bathroom cleanness. My dad saw couple of cockroaches in the kitchen area. My bedsheet was not fresh and 100 percent sure about that since I found couple of long hairs. This property needs serious cleaning and some good hygienic training to the staff. Sorry!

All good except water woes. Staff was courteous.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with good cleanliness.

Cons:

Washroom small with no wash basin inside. The running water exhausted, though reported at night but didn't get till checkout. Staff informed that yeh water lifting motors got burnt and the repair could not be done during nighttime. The staff gave another apartment for bath etc. though. It was expected that as a matter of courtesy, discounts were given but it seems staff lacked authority to do so, or at least complimentary breakfast was offered suo moto, though they agreed to do so after seeking approval from someone!
Contact phone number given on Booking.com confirmation slip was incorrect and had to face anxiety for getting re-confirmation from property.
