The hotel’s location is really nice, right in the heart of Koregaon Park.
Hygiene was a real problem. There were cockroaches all around the corridors, AND in our room, plus the bedsheets were stained.

First of all our checkin process was very delayed. They changes 3 times our room due to dirty bedsheets. There are so many cockroaches in the cup boards and beds. Cleanliness of the room was not good. Some of staffs are good but what we will do with staff we have to live in the room not with staff.
Cleanliness, checkin process,location. We will not find any restaurant near the hotel. So much disappointing stay with hotel. They charged also extra money other than what shown on the app.
All time we see some of the unmarried couples coming and going all time. So this hotel is not good for family.

Everything cleanliness,check in experience, unmarried couples entry every time,location. Two or three times changed the room since bedsheets not clean. They charged extra money also what on booking .com showed.

They are taking all amount first and then intentionally giving trouble to guests.
I had very bad experience their.
Again they took booking for 5 days and after 1 night Management ask me to check out next day.. and said we getting other guest for higher rent and you should have to check out
So that management behaviour was extremely bad and I never saw bad experience with them.
Even their cleaner was also very dirty and even no knowledge to do cleaning by properly, and no manners.
All was extremely bad experience and never ever recommend for others to stay their.
Nothing good
Location was good, bathroom was quiet clean and well maintained.
The mattress was very uncomfortable and had back pain due to it - the spine had to bear the brunt of the poor mattress. Cleanliness was not good, bed sheets weren't fresh. There was mould on the walls at one corner.
