Un soggiorno atipico, più sotto le stelle che tra quattro mura.
Pros:

La zona è molto silenziosa e con pochissima illuminazione notturna, il che rende possibile ammirare un cielo stellato davvero magnifico. Un aspetto naturale molto piacevole del luogo.

Cons:

Ho effettuato una prenotazione per una persona in tarda serata, intorno alle 23:00, poiché ero in viaggio. Trattandosi di un hotel self-service, mi aspettavo di ricevere automaticamente, dopo la prenotazione, istruzioni chiare per l’accesso alla struttura (codici, modalità di ingresso, parcheggio).

Purtroppo non ho ricevuto alcuna informazione di questo tipo, né via email né tramite la piattaforma Booking. Una volta arrivato sul posto, non è stato possibile entrare nella struttura, nonostante la prenotazione fosse regolarmente confermata. Di conseguenza, sono stato costretto a dormire alcune ore in macchina.

Il giorno successivo ho richiesto l’annullamento e il rimborso, ma la richiesta è stata rifiutata. Ritengo tuttavia che il problema principale sia la mancanza di istruzioni di accesso, elemento fondamentale per una struttura self-service, soprattutto per arrivi serali o notturni.

È un peccato, perché la struttura sembrava molto curata. Spero che in futuro venga migliorata la comunicazione con gli ospiti, così da evitare situazioni simili.

Rundum höchst zufrieden mit dem’Aufenthalt

Ich war äusserst positiv von
Eurem Haus und vor allem dem Zimmer überrascht - nichts hat gefehlt, sehr sauber, tolle Materialien ( viel Holz, Naturstein, Schirm, Schulöffel, etc. etc. ). Ihr könnt Stolz sein aufs Pitschonia!

Cons:

Der Bildschirmempfang ist für viele, insb.ältere Leute nicht einfach, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich hsätte einige Ideen, aber hier zu aufwendig zum Schreiben (ev. Tf. )

great place to stay for hiking, climbing at Magic Wood, or ski touring
Pros:

Beautiful and recently remodeled place with thoughtfully furnished rooms. Each room has a little kitchen which is great for enjoying breakfast and the occasional dinner. Everything is within easy walking distance (bus stops and excellent bakery, dairy, and butcher shops) and the owners are super friendly. Highly recommended!
