Le propriétaire étant en conflit avec booking a décidé de ne pas nous accueillir et a préféré nous laisser à la rue alors que nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits depuis 2 mois.

Nothing, we couldn’t check in
We were never able to check in, as the owner was abroad not answering his phone, provided poor check in instructions and ignored the fact that I told him 2x that I’d only be able to get there at midnight (although he expected me to collect a key from a local shop by 10pm). At 1am, I was trying to find alternative accommodation and needed to pay for an expensive hotel nearby because of the lack of responsibility from the owner with the booking.
Amazing, super easy going and friendly host. Couldn't rate them or the stay any higher!

La contraseña facilitada para recoger la llave era incorrecta, lo que me dejó sin poder acceder al alojamiento. Intenté contactar con el propietario en varias ocasiones y no obtuve respuesta en un momento crítico.
Además, posteriormente solicité la factura de la estancia y nunca fue proporcionada.
Falta total de fiabilidad y de atención al cliente. No lo recomendaría.
abbiamo dovuto prenotare la mattina stessa della partenza, dopo essere stati "appesi" dalla struttura che avevamo prenotato a gennaio. i ragazzi ci hanno confermato subito, e ci hanno dato indicazioni sia su come arrivare che sul come reperire le chiavi. Gli ambienti corrispondono alle foto, gli spazi erano sempre puliti e ordinati, ci hanno fatto sentire sempre a nostro agio. sicuramente ci ritornerei.

I feel like the posting was a bit misleading. It seemed like the stay was advertising a whole flat but really it was just one bedroom and the host was staying there during the time I was there.
Great space, felt like a home away from home.
We didn't realise it was a room in a house, we thought we were booking the whole place. But it turned out to be a lovely stay.
The guys were so welcoming & sweet, I felt right at home. The room was cosy & comfy, & I never felt like I was in the way.
