A nice place in a quiet building, close to majestic views of Taal volcano

Good value for money. Definitely recommended.
Pros:

The location is excellent.
The value for money is very good.
The view is nice, with even a partial lake view.
Nice size.
Nice natural light and fresh air.

Cons:

If I'm forcing myself to go into details, the maintenance (wall painting for example) could be a bit better. sope and shampoo could be nice. The towel could be softer...
But all in all, the place is very nice, and gives a very good value for the money.

Pros:

Great host, location, and most especially it was very clean. We were checked in earlier as requested as soon as the unit was available. Thanks to sir Jerome for accommodating and assisting us from checked in to out.

Cosy apartment in convenient location
Pros:

Great little apartment. Very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard.
There is a fridge, microwave, cutlery, cups and plates etc, and sink. So cooking is a good option. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.
Also, a table and chairs for dining.

There is a shopping mall (with the supermarket) close, with places to grab food and coffee, and any other bits you need.
The town centre is only ten minutes walk away.

The agent was great. He was in contact via WhatsApp to let me know where to go, what unit I was staying in, and what to inform the receptionist. He messaged me the wifi code, and was available for questions throughout my stay. Very helpful.

strong smell of cleaning solution.no mirror.rusty and outdated.misleading from booking pictures.i believe its time for owner to clean and upgrade.the caretaker though is very responsive.
