Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Please note that an open credit card voucher will be requested upon check in. In case there is no credit card available, a cash amount will be asked upon check in. The amount will be determined by front desk.
Each guest will be granted with a bracelet upon check in, in order to access the property. The bracelets will be asked back upon check out. In case a bracelet is not handed back, an additional fee will be charged per missing bracelet.

Please note that cleaning service is every 3 days. Cleaning service for long stays are every 7 days.

Issues regarding customer service

- ⁠There is no beach access, although it is stated that it does (a pool is being built, but this is not mentioned in any publication).

- ⁠Of the three screens (living room and bedrooms), only the one in the master bedroom works; the others have no signal, and the one in bedroom two also has no remote control.

- The microwave oven doesn't work.

- The sink has a leak.

- They didn't come to clean the apartment one day.

- The indoor pool wasn't cleaned one day.

- Mr. Jorge, who welcomed us, was very friendly; however, he didn't respond or answer when we informed him of the anomalies in the apartment.

Pros:

Loved the location and friendly staff. The room was super clean and spacious.

Cons:

The pool tiles were falling apart in some areas. The bathrooms were a bit outdated. The main shower ran out of hot water fast but we use the other shower which works well.

Nice place to stay with everything walking distance.
Pros:

Easy communication between staff or host. Quieter than I thought.

Cons:

Light bulbs burnt out, second bedroom needs maintenance on counter, funny lamp shades were crocked, pictures online didn't align with reality. (Front pool).
It's the small details that we noticed that can be easily fixed but weren't. So lack of attention to detail.

Overall very nice stay!
Pros:

The room we stayed in was large and very nice. The shared pool and the personal pool on our balcony were nice as well. It was wonderful being to come back after very hot days and relax in the private pool with family. Walkable distance to many great restaurants and to the beach.

Cons:

The property did not have a trashcan in the kitchen/living room area so we just used a plastic shopping bag we had to throw our trash into.
