La chambre n’était pas très propre, nous avions seulement un drap de décoration pour dormir ce qui n’est pas très hygiénique ni confortable. La salle de bain n’était pas très propre non plus

(1)Upon arrival, a woman and maybe her little daughter stood in front of the property. Yeah, there is no reception desk. I mentioned my name, and she was like 'what?' So I mentioned 'booking dot com' and was still like 'what?' She made a call, apparently, to that so-called satpam guy. They ushered me to my room. (2) There was no towel and I had to ask for it. The little girl brought me a medium-sized, thin, white towel. It seemed clean anyway. (3)There was no soap. I question the definition of 'Free toiletries'. (4)There was RedDoorz neon sign in front of the entrance. One of the facilities written there was 'mineral water'. Actually, I would be okay with any kind of water dispenser and fill my tumbler with that. But there wasn't any as such. At first, I was met by this little girl who answered 'ndak tahu' to whatever I said. Then I had to go through a lengthy argument with this "satpam" until he bought me 2 bottles of water. He also asked me what soap I wanted, but I answered: No, thank you. Why should you always wait until your guest complains?? (5)The lady staff at the restaurant told me that I could ask for hot water free of charge at the restaurant in the morning. My first breakfast was after watching dolphins, so it was about 7:45 AM. I could boil my instant cup noodles. The second morning (my last day here), I planned to leave at 7:00 AM. At 6:30 AM, the restaurant was shut. No one was there. I went to the backside of the hotel, no one either. So, if you stay here, you should prepare your breakfast in advance. The restaurant is not open. No food stalls around. No minimarkets within the vicinity. No staff around to ask for help either! (6)The tap above my sink was loose. (7)A cockroach crept out of the aircon during my second night. (8)There was a TV in my room, but no remote control to switch it on. I searched everywhere in the room, but found none. I was too tired to ask.

Hotellet var hopplöst ocharmigt, fast i tidigt 80-tal. Det fanns ingen reception utan fick fråga personal på den närliggande restaurangen.
Det fanns ingen säng- eller bordslampa på rummet, handtaget fattades på utsidan av dörren, så den var svår att låsa och dessutom bråkade låset.
Det fanns ingen tvål i badrummet, toalettsitsen var helt lös och det fanns mögel runt badkaret. Dessutom lossnade duschmunstycket första gången jag duschade.
Poolen är fin men kollar man närmare fattas det kakelplattor och lock över el till belysningen.
Stranden är lerig och full av skräp.
Jag bokade en delfintur men trots att jag pratade med kaptenen en kvart för avgång så åkte han utan mig. Snopet! Efter att ha försökt hitta någon i personalen fick jag efter några timmar min förskottsbetalning tillbaka.
Min rekommendation är BO INTE HÄR!

Get rid of the dogs that wander all around. No office or person to great us on arrival.
The biggest problem the red doors site has been hacked and we kept getting emails (through booking.com) asking us to confirm our details by linking onto a site or our booking would be cancelled. At first I thought them real although they started coming before the due date of payment. They even came after we left. I ended up canceling my credit card the day before leaving home which is an annoying situation. So I would never book a reddoorz place again. I don’t think I will use booking.com as they allowed these emails on their app.
