Pros:

There was a lot of hair scattered in the washroom, and the cleaning was not thorough.
Also, the room service ended too early, so I couldn’t use it.

We was overwhelmed by our room, the service and the sea-view⭐️! Nothing less.

We had a room with full sea-view, the extra price was so much worth the extra expense🙏

We will definitely go there again next time we go to Rayong.

Det er et lækkert hotel, med en fantastisk morgenmad.
Vi lavede kun en fejl, vi fik seres buffet om fredagen og set var så godt og en god pris, om lørdagen gik vi på en anden restaurant, næsten lige ved siden af hotellet, og det var en kæmpe fejl, ikke nær så godt, meget dyre og lidt kedeligt. Vi skulle have valgt hotellets buffer igen.
Stranden er lækker men ikke så egnet til badning. Men man kan godt dybbe sig lidt forsigtigt, pas på bølger og understrøm.
I de 4 dage vi var der var der en dejlig vind, så varmen var til at holde ud, og om aften kommer der mange mennesker på stranden for at nyde vinden og stranden.
Hotellets pool er fin, der er dog 3-4 solsenge.
Rengøringen. Det er det eneste sted det ikke er op ril standart. Der er rent ved ankomst, men der bliver kun redt seng dagligt, gulvet blev ikke vasket eller fejet under vores ophold, det er har vi ikke oplevet før. Og så skal de spare på wc papir, vi måtte hver dag bede om en ekstra rulle, og vi havde ikke nok i en.
Jeg vil meget gerne bruge hotellet hvis jeg kommer til området igen, for det er fint, og så vil jeg spise på hotellet hver dag.

Nice hotel but overpriced.
Pros:

Nice room but noise from the road at night.
Breakfast next to carpark and only choices for Thai taste.
Other then that its low quality industrial bread and marmelade. Pool very small.

I had an exceptional stay at Fortune Saeng Chan Beach Hotel and highly recommend it. The location is unbeatable, right across the street from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear ocean water, and numerous beachfront restaurants just steps away.

The hotel staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to help, even arranging jet skis for my grandkids’ first ocean experience. Our room was immaculate and modern, with a spacious balcony offering a gorgeous sea view and speedy Wi-Fi. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of food and high-quality coffee, and the restaurant served as a convenient spot for lunch or room service, even offering beer and wine.

Overall, this hotel is a true gem, perfect for families, singles, or couples looking for a memorable seaside getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Trevligt hotell som låg vid havet. Sängarna var underbara. Trevlig personal. Enda felet var mögel på duschväggarna (över 2 meter upp på väggarna). Förmodligen når inte städpersonalen och eftersom det hunnit bli mögel så har det varit så ett tag…

A gem of a hotel on the water front with fabulous
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous hotel right on the beach. The hotel is new, clean, tidy and in pristine condition. The staff make your stay so enjoyable, a broad smile and nothing is too much for them.
The room was very clean and comfortable with luxurious bedding, Spacious bathroom and powerful shower. The room has multi channel TV, kettle and fridge.
Very reasonably priced for such a luxurious hotel.
Only one small criticism concerning the breakfast, very little available for westerners wanting an English breakfast, perhaps some baked beans, hash browns, bacon and pork sausages, if that were provided I feel the hotel could charge more as it would appeal to a more international clientele.
Overall, certainly one of the best local hotels you will find in Thailand.

Ocean View Stay in Rayong
Pros:

We loved our stay in the Premier Skyview Room. The view overlooking the beach and ocean was exactly what we wanted. We also enjoyed the hotel’s infinity pool though more lounge chairs around the pool would have nice as there was only two. The breakfast offered an amazing selection of food. It was a relaxing three night stay!
