The breakfast was yummy with fresh fruit as well.
The establishment was very clean and in a perfect location. very relaxing and we felt safe here, I was dreaming it was my own home at some point :). This place is amazing.
Mark the host was very welcoming and always went that step further and ensured we enjoyed our stay including giving us a lift. I am so sorry mark but I broke one of your glasses when washing up. Daisy is a dream and I meant what I said if you ever come to Liverpool we will repay your kindness and show you our city. We hope your friend is okay and send positive thoughts his way.

The location was perfect for my needs and Mark, the owner, was really helpful and considerate.

Tidy up, clean, and functional. Quiet place to rest, very friendly owner and staff. Definitely recommend a stay in Coventry if you are not necessarily looking for a classical hotel. Breakfast is self served and simple, but all you actually need is offered, pretty much like a standard breakfast at home.

What a fab little gem this place is :-) spotlessly clean, safe, comfortable and warm. Communication with Mark was so easy and nothing was too much trouble. The ‘help yourself’ breakfast buffet was well stocked but there is a microwave, toaster, oven & and fridge in the room.
I had a great stay and would not hesitate in booking again if/when I’m next in the area.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Mark is a fantastic host, nothing seems too much trouble. The whole place is spotless clean, smells lovely and fresh throughout. The room has everything could ever need! An oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, tv with Netflix, USB charging ports by side of bed. Everything is provided. I am going to be a weekly regular guest from now on. Also the sweetest dog Daisy - I’m sure she will fit in case just nicely upon checking out! Thank you Mark and Daisy you’re both amazing. Best place to stay by a mile! Fully recommend.

Very refreshing to stay at such a lovely property. Spotlessly clean, extremely quiet and fabulous rooms, plus every subscription you would could ever want, including Netflix ! The breakfast area is great, fresh produce, it’s very impressive how they’ve catered for the minority with lactose-free and different alternative milks. Mark is a great host who helped me continuously with great communication from start to finish. As for letting me hold a day meet in the communal area. I have stayed in numerous establishments over the years, though this has to be one of the best. As for value for money, Selborne Studios will not disappoint. Like I’ve read in many previous reviews. Home from home is exactly what it is, though with a twist of simplicity, It’s fabulous ! Would be fair to say I have already pre-booked for myself and my colleague for the next oncoming months we are in Coventry.

The host Mark could not be more helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us, despite our very late booking. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. Great to have your own kitchen area too as well as the shared breakfast area.

Everything! The host Mark has thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and get away. From the decor to the amenities, the comfortable bed and the complete room layout, we were well impressed. The lounge area is beautiful, warm and comforting. The lovely dining area and breakfast was the perfect touch! This would be our second stay there and Selborne Studios is like a home away from home. Highly recommend a you won't be disappointed one bit.
