Área da recepção e da casa .

Cons:

Área da piscina muito cinzenta , muito " cimento" , faltam plantas/espaços verdes.
As varandas dos andares de cima parecem ter um gradeamento/vidro muito esquisito, não foi confortável quando queria usufruir da varanda. Não gostei, não pelo design mas pela ideia que transmite muita insegurança.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr gutes, abwechlungsreiches Frühstück, das auch auf dem Balkon eingenommen werden konnte. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten nach Funchal Zentrum (es gibt aber auch einen Bus).

Nichts.

Das Hotel ist für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet und dürfte sich nicht als barrierefrei verkaufen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Aussicht ein Traum.

Cons:

Barrierefreiheit im Zimmer war nicht gegeben. Die Badezimmertüre war zu schmal, also für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet. ( Rollstuhlzimmer wurde angefragt.) obwohl es einen Behindertenparkplatz beim Hotel gegeben hat, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass alles voll ist und wir sollten gegenüber beim Supermarkt parken. ( Wir hatten vorab schon wegen dem Parkplatz angefragt)Da es sehr steil ist, war es mit dem Rollstuhl sehr beschwerlich in das Hotel zu kommen. Da wir am nächsten Tag mit einen anderen Mitarbeiter gesprochen hatten, der uns dann den Hinweis auf ihren Behindertenparkplatz gab durften wir dann kostenpflichtig ( 15,- pro Tag) direkt beim Hotel parken. Am Pool gab es auf Anfrage keine Sonnenschirme mit dem Hinweis, dass diese die nächste Woche da sind. Die gepolsterten Liegen konnte man nur mit Aufpreis benutzen, obwohl es schon 16 Uhr war, und die anderen Liegen waren viel zu kurz und ungemütlich. Der Mitarbeiter am
Pool unfreundlich, deshalb waren wahrscheinlich auch sehr wenig Gäste am Pool.
