Cons:

I didn't like making a reservation and not having a room when I got there.
Not much is more aggravating than that!
Oh, maybe not having a phone number to call booking.com to help resolve the issue being that is who the reservation was made through!

Great room and fun at the Casino sitting next to Mark Twain on the Mississippi
Pros:

Very nice room and access to casino. Traveling on motorcycles so it would have been nice to park under a shelter but parking was close to entrance.

Cons:

No views of the Mississippi because they had the back of the hotel and casino closed off for construction of new seawall. They only had a grill and restaurant was closed but food was good from the grill. Casino facility was very nice and happy they had table games but only one Blackjack table open which you had to reserve a seat at the table. Enjoyed sitting next to Mark Twain at the Blackjack table on the Mississippi.

Cons:

No hot water no hair dryers no microwave in the room only one side of shower had a door it’s way off the highway was told it was a new hotel casino but I think it is the old Lady Luck casino had trouble on the casino floor when having issues with the machines the drinks were way to expensive 12.95 for to beers one of them draft that’s is just the start .
