Pros:

The location is excellent, and the view from the rooftop is really nice.

Cons:

The room feels much smaller than stated on Booking.com. Two people basically canโ€™t move around the room at the same time without getting in each otherโ€™s way. You have to be impressively slim to use a shower of this size comfortably. On top of that, it was constantly leaking water onto the bathroom floor. The room facilities have definitely seen better days. The blackout curtains donโ€™t actually block out the light, which seems rather important given the Cyprus sun.

Dont recommend, especially at price point. Hallway acoustics are poor. Conversations in the corridor sound like theyโ€™re happening inside the room, so every passing group can be heard.
The atmosphere was let down by other guests, many of whom were entitled, loud and inconsiderate throughout my stay. The hotel did little to manage appropriate noise in shared areas.
The sun deck feels like an afterthought - only six sunbeds for the whole property, so finding a spot was a daily contest. The gym is very small and missing basic equipment, which makes a proper workout impossible.
Staff were clearly trying to help, but often seemed unsure of procedures or unclear on who was responsible for what.

Excellent conditions for my stay and just in front of the sea promenade.
Pros:

Playful atmosphere seriously staff
Breakfast is various and excellent.
Waiters and receptionists are very helpful and gentle.

Cons:

May be itโ€™s a little bit narrow

Cons:

Walking distance from marina and shopping streets. Staff very helpful specially Vangelis. Thereโ€™s a parking spot facing the hotel for free but when itโ€™s busy thereโ€™s valet parking service offered by the hotel for 15euros extra charge per stay. Pool very nice and view from the rooftop is amazing. I really suggest this hotel.
