Estadia em ambiente histórico
Pros:

Do hotel no convento e do jantar. Gostei também da localização.

Cons:

Da cama do quarto que tem o colchão deformado ao meu por estar provavelmente gasto. O pequeno almoço foi bom mas pode ser melhorado na oferta. Infelizmente os incêndios e o fumo não permitiram usufruir da localização para dar passeios e estar na piscina.

A falta de Ar Condicionado fora dos quartos, corredores e salas muito quentes, falta um elevador de acesso aos pisos superiores, (difícil transportar malas mais pesadas pelas escadas), falta de bancos de apoio nos quartos para abrir as malas.

We were relaxed and happy during the stay :-)
Pros:

One can argue if the Hotel Convento Nossa Senhora do Carmo really deserves 4-star rating but we spent absolutely amazing days there, and we were happy we booked it! Maybe the magic of the place worked - we enjoyed everything, from very friendly and attentive staff to comfirtable bed to delicious food to beautiful garden with the crystal-clear pool! (Coffee was also good which is not common in Portugal)

Cons:

When it comes to a hotel, there's always space for improvement. However, I don't remember any detail that spoiled our impressions from the Hotel Convento Nossa Senhora do Carmo
