Too many tourist
It was a surprise when we opened the door. A cosy family room for kids. Even though we are all adults with a young teen, we were all chubby and happy.
An improvement is needed to overcome the request for peanut allergy’s people. But we all understand peanut oil is very common.
Good location, spacious room, clean bed and good pillows. Free cold tea in fridge.
Our 18 seater coach was unable to enter the basement, we have to park outside the hotel with a few mins walk and stairs between us. Hotel staff was unsure if they want to let us use the hotel luggage trolley and also a bit reluctant to help our driver unload our luggage as it was raining so we have to do it ourselves. This was despite us calling before we arrived to request for help. The same scenario again upon checkout, staff said trolley has been loaned out to others, so 8 of us have to load our bags by walking through the puddles and lugged our bags down the stairs to the carpark. Disappointing service.
I was a solo traveler - Witt no mandarin skills BUT the Hotel staff are exceptional in helping ordering a taxi for me. Helping me with all my requests. The hotel itself is super clean, really convenient as it is next to tons of restaurants and a shopping mall. they also have a theme park and a water world with rides and activities for kids and adults. like boating etc. iq oils highly recommend this hotel as honestly I found the service top notch. Excellent staff at front desk - al ate smiling and they always give you a cup of tea when you are there asking them any questions or directions.

Very modern looking hotel in a great location. Good views over the OCT Happy Coast facilities. We even got to experience a fireworks show right from our room window.
Staff didn’t speak English, which made things a little hard. But it’s understandable.
