Pros:

the location, vibe, the decorations

Cons:

the staff could not speak english at all. also, some staff were quite rude like handing things without saying anything, no thank you or anything.

Very nice building, stylish. Very good location!

Cons:

Small rooms with little to no place for bags, or working. Also, weirdly, sink is not in the bathroom- but close to bed, so no privacy in this aspect

Bona ubicació, personal amable i servicial, gens invasius, habitació impecable i amb totes les necessitats, molt bon hotel i bona relació qualitat preu.

Cons:

L'habitació un pèl petita, faltava una mica d'espai per guardar la roba (no hi ha armari per roba, només penjador rere la porta i un banc)

I checked out early and went to another hotel because of how disappointing it was
Pros:

The location was central and a close walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

There is no AC in any of the rooms ( it’s controlled by the hotel, and you were unable to access it) the room felt dirty and unclean. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Pros:

Lage super. Frühstück könnte etwas üppiger für Vegetarier sein. Personal sehr freundlich, allgemein könnte aber in einem Hotel mehr Englisch gesprochen werden...

Cons:

Am Check-Out Tag wurde mein Gepäck freundlicher Weise noch aufbewahrt, aber das quasi im Gang bei der Rezeption - kein gutes Gefühl. Es hat nichts gefehlt, eine eigener Raum wäre besser.

Good place to take photos and accessible to the centre.
Pros:

The location is good. It’s easy to get access to the centre. The staff gave gifts in the end and offered hot tea.

Cons:

The staff asked us to upgrade the room for the city view and balcony. But the view was a construction site and noisy. The staff didn’t carry luggages to the room

The hotel left a very good impression. The location is excellent — all major attractions, the shopping street, and the waterfront are within walking distance, which is very convenient for exploring the city.
The price-quality ratio is very reasonable. The hotel itself is clean, and housekeeping is done well, which was especially important to me. It was also very convenient that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out.
The room was a bit small, but suitable for two people. Overall, it’s a comfortable option, especially if you plan to spend most of your time outside the hotel.
