Would not stay again.
Pros:

The property is in a good location.

Cons:

We booked and paid for a city view and were given a room with a disgusting broken door that looked into an ally. The only way to get a better room was to pay out of pocket for a massive upgrade, regardless of the fact the staff agreed we had been placed in the incorrect room. The hotel bathroom floors are dangerously slippery and the room was very hot and the temperature could not be adjusted down. Stay at a chain hotel, this hotel looks great in photos because it has been fitted out aesthetically to attract customers who like to take photos, but it would be more worth spending a bit more to stay somewhere like a Hyatt or a Regent because by the time we upgraded to have a comfortable time not looking into a dirty ally it was the same price.

Excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Un edificio antiguo totalmente reformado. La terraza es una maravilla aunque es un restaurante independiente.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza fue algo descuidado. Nos retiraron las toallas pero se olvidaron de ponernos limpias, y de llenar el gel de ducha. La limpieza de los pasillos es mejorable.

The vibe of living in downtown Shanghai is amazing. It's super close to the Bund, so you can easily check out the harbor views at night. There are tons of restaurants nearby, so you definitely won't go hungry.

The staff were incredibly helpful. We found some dirt in the bathroom upon check-in, but when we called the front desk, they quickly sent housekeeping to take care of it. It would've been perfect if it were cleaner before we moved in, but I'd give it a solid 7/10. Just a heads up, there isn't quite enough hanging or storage space.

У отеля идеальное расположение ! И очень стильный интерьер общественных мест . Кухня в ресторане тоже неплоха . На этом всё..(((

Начиная от встречи на ресепшен при заселении и заканчивая отъездом …ужасно все.. если у вас будет возможность выбрать другой отель -выбирайте ! Сбережете себе нервы и сохраните больше приятных впечатлений от поездки .
